They have the best treated lumber in town

Even with factory defects and has to bring product back. Ada Home Depot employeew were very helpful and patient with me. Very courteous and business like atmosphere. One my favorite place to go with great deals and great business. Thank you all.

Maybe not deactivate people's farm exempt for no reason

Paid for my lumber, drove in and got no help loading my lumber

Terrible experience with the manager, if it weren't for the employees being so apologetic and helpful, I would have returned the 2000 I spent. I won't be going back.

There is a woman named Bobby that works in the flooring area who was a tremendous help during our ceramic tile project!

The employees at this store are the BEST. Multiple people stop to ask if they can help you find an item or if you need help retrieving a large item from the shelves. Customer service goes a long way and they are doing a terrific job with this in Ada, Oklahoma.

VIewed push mower online beforehand. I showed the picture to an extremely helpful young man who escorted me to mower section, quickly identified the item, and then escorted me to help desk to finalize mower purchase. A second helpful and friendly employee completed transaction for next-day pick-up. Entire purchase experience took less than ten minutes. Excellent service by friendly employees. The mower (echo ) was given approval after initial use by brother.

Went to store and ordered a door measurement, was told I would be contacted within 48 hours to schedule. Waited 4 days and called the store, gave them my order number and was told my order had been canceled. I asked why I hadn't received a call and your employee told me I had been called, I stated I called you because I hadn't received any calls and after a very rude reply by your employee I thanked him and ordered a door from your competitors.

Really frustrated with the stores not carrying items I need to run my Handyman business. I am constantly having to substitute an item I need for what I can find and make work.

Everytime we visit this store there are employees visible & ready to help in each department. With the help of a wonderful employee, we were able to build a custom quote for a front door & ordered with ease!

I was helped to find exactly what I needed (the saw was in the gardening section, not among the construction and home repair tools) and the saw worked very well for the task at hand.

Picked up 2 tanks of propane. 1 was empty. Went back to the propane and the employee sent me to the front desk. Front desk sent me back to the propane. Too high since actoss the street it is &5 cheeper

I enjoy going to Home Depot. I feel that they give you a good price. And they are associates are very helpful.

We use this tool box top as a cutting board. Any "real" cutting board even close to this size if outrageously expensive.

Had great customer service from Buddy in the Paint department. Needed just the right color paint for my kitchen and he helped me with that, and even gave me a tip on what to use when painting over drywall. I will definitely be using Home Depot for all my painting needs. Would recommend to family and friends. Thank you for the great Customer Service

I bought a wall oven a couple of months ago at the Ada store(3918). Randy was very helpful and the oven is working great! I couldn’t be more pleased! This week I purchased a dishwasher. Raynee was very helpful with this purchase and made it easy and quick. Hopefully the installation will be a great experience also!

Bought 5/4 x 16 deck boards and they were not all the same length. Up to 1 inch difference. Also you need to have more than just self checkout. Other than that the store is great!

I was asked what I needed I showed the guy what I was fixing. He said "we don't have that part" I asked if he had a fitting section, he just kept repeating we don't have any.... finally I laughed at him and said "you don't have ANY fittings? " oh he said yes we have fittings but not the one you need.... and my question was "do you know what fitting I do need? He said no, I said " then how do you know you don't have one? This is not promotting your business. Im frustrated because I might have to make something work that isn't sold as an actual componant. But in principle it will still work just a different way.... narrow minded people should step back and watch how to make things work. I did find a way. Which just made the older guy madder

all lazy men, not willing to help or even ask if they could help. loaded 16 2x6x10 & 20 5/4 x 12. i was the only pickup in the drive thru, when i pulled up to pay there where 4 men and 1 woman just standing and talking. Get rid of these lazy _ _ -- men and get some real men.

I bought a breaker panel box for much less then I could have gotten it anywhere else. I ordered it online and it came to my door in just a few days. I ordered two boxes of roofing nails at the same time, and when they arrived I realized they were the wrong size. I took them back to the store in Ada, and my money was returned without any problems whatsoever. Thank you.

We went to the Home Depot in ADA and were looking for some plumbing and electrical items. Everything was in their bins and everything was in stock. We didn't have to search for things and there was an employee there that asked us if we needed help. Very nice!! Check out was a breeze as there was a very helpful person there also!

I bought number of thing and use some wood for carpenter work, They help out and make it perfect for me.

The employees were all extremely helpful & knowledgeable.

The worst customer service around. I will never visit this store again.
