He’s incredible. So far, he’s helped me with a new water heater and now with a new refrigerator. He is, again, a true asset to this store.

Had an amazing experience with a gentleman in lighting, he displayed top notch personalized service to help solve my lighting issue.

Purchased flooring and associate said he would bring the flooring outside. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes form that point for flooring associate to put it in the car.

I like shopping at this store my only problem is that sometimes they put boxes in the middle and makes it hard to pass specially when there is a lot of people.

The appliances are beautiful, stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. All were installed perfectly and quickly. I cannot believe how involved all of this was going to be, but the two gentlemen were perfect. I also bought a patio set and it has to be put together and will be delivered Saturday. Thank you again.

I went into Home Depot to purchase a dishwasher. Edwin assisted me with sincerity, knowledge, courtesy, and patience. My first choice was now on back order. My 2nd choice would be delivered 3 weeks from now. My 3rd choice would be delivered 6 weeks from now. He helped me find a 4th choice and bingo- it could be delivered Friday. He laughed when I quickly said to hit the buy button before anything changed. He was thorough in explaining the warranty and service plans as well as showing me I needed to either install the dishwasher myself or hire a plumber. There were no surprises!

Home Depot is my second home. I come here everyday for my projects materials.

The nighshift crew at The Home Depot - Alafaya location are amazing! I always feel welcomed as I shop throughout the store; being helped along the way with my list. At check-out I needed assistance due to a snag with my credit card and Lauren, Christina, Savanna, Sam, Nandy, and several others (I didn’t get the names of were all amazing)! I’ve gone to other locations and I truly love - The Alafaya - The Home Depot location by far because of the customer service received. Thank you!

We came home Sunday night to a broken refrigerator and had to throw away all of it's contents. Our daughter's graduation party is Saturday so we really needed a new fridge ASAP. Cody made the somewhat stressful situation so pleasant and helped us find the perfect fridge with a great delivery date! He saved the day!

Luis from the plumbing department consistently provides excellent advice. He is not only knowledgeable but he always goes above and beyond to help a customer. His advice so far has proven to been extremely valuable and useful. It is a pleasure shopping at Alafaya Trail Home Depot when Luis is around.

I was locked out of my car and i rushed to home depot left my wallet in car these two gentlemen went out of their way and let me borrow their card since home depot doesn’t accept apple pay and let me zelle them and made sure i was able to get all the materials needed the names were ERBY and SEVION in the alafaya location! Also this other gentleman didnt get his name but he had a hat with pink and blue he was absolutely amazing helped us find so many solutions i owe him all!

Came to buy a dehumidifier, which appeared to be in stock, but couldn’t find it. Several employees helped me look but couldn’t find one anywhere. Manager offered to price match a better one. So many people went above and beyond for me. Would definitely shop here again!

Even though, I was able to buy the item that I was looking for, it took a while for help. It seems that only one person works there. All I heard was Achylles we need this, Achylles come get some lumber, Achylles pick up. So, I wonder if this Achylles is that fast or is he being abused at home Depot
