I do my upcycling and rehabbing hobby on the side. I was so happy to find some of the tools I’ve wanted for quite some time at an amazing price. some were pick up at the store. The others are being shipped. I mentioned this went to the Algonquin store to pick up my items and have the best encounter with the employees there. My items were at customer service and this is where I encountered these amazing staff members at Home Depot in Algonquin.The two women we encountered at the customer service desk were absolutely wonderful it makes a difference when you can go into a store and the employees are friendly, respectful, helpful, and just darn right pleasant.

I have been doing remodeling in my new home and I have shopped in store and home delivery numerous times in the past month. I thought my prior store in Palatine was great, but the store in Algonquin tops the charts. Returns are speedy and every employee I have encountered are friendly and helpful.

I came in due to a flooring project. I had no idea where to start, what questions to ask and their associates were excellent and they are very knowledgeable. Staff is always willing to help! They gave me all the information I needed. It was a pleasant experience!

Not very inviting, dirty and cluttered. Don’t expect much help up front. All of the employees are focused on each other at Customer Service, self checkout and the checkout lanes.

I had trouble finding an item. The clerk not only found it but offered to take it out to my car. I find the staff is always willing to go above and beyond to help.

I had an incredible experience at this Home Depot! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and clearly eager to help. It’s rare to find a store where everyone is this knowledgeable and approachable. Jeff was especially helpful—he took the time to understand my project and helped me track down all the right materials. He went the extra mile to make sure I was set up for success.

I bought a Driskol ceiling light/fan two days ago. Octavio was my guy to answer all my questions. I had no idea what led chips are these days that replace light bulbs. He was incredibly patient and helpful. My husband installed the kit in an hour! I couldn’t be happier with the new WiFi led fixture. Thank you, Octavio, for everything!

Doesn't matter who you talk to whether its, the service desk, appliances, electrical, plumbing, hardware, etc. A shout out to Billie, Andrea, Tammy, Terry x2, Kerry, Danet. They are all so knowledgeable, experienced in customer service, and the friendliest to interact with. Thank you for making my experience pleasant, easy, and enjoyable!!

This is the second time I’ve had to deal with people at the customer service desk and I have to say all of them have been extremely helpful with everything I was looking for. Had questions on some online items and they were able to help me and have me place my order right there will definitely go back.

I bought this item as a Christmas gift and it was great, the price was great, and delivery on time.

Not only is Home Depot a very well organized business. It's a friendly place with a courteous and informative staff.

Bought the "birds on a line" hanging stained glass piece - I know the recipient will just love it.

The service was horrible. It took them over 4mos to install a patio door and screen.

We always shop at this location for small repairs or a big project! Love their garden section & the quality of plants they sell. They also have a wide variety of garden tools…

This Home Depot has the best customer service. The employees are always very helpful and very customer friendly. The store is clean and organized. This store is AWESOME!

Poor service on a special Order

This store has great employees. They all go out of their way.

I went in needing a washer and dryer, and bathroom necessities. Dave helped me pick out a beautiful set that I am so excited to arrive at THIS THURSDAY!! He made my big purchase very simple and I left with a new credit card !!! Another gentleman also helped me out in bath. He walked me over to exactly what I needed and explained the benefits of all the different products which made my purchase even easier because I'm JUST A GIRL, and don't know what I am doing. I didn't catch his name, but my visit was fun and personable, I learned his daughter runs the Homedepot in Crystal Lake. I had a 5-star experience!! THANK U ALL

Bad store no personal

I like that you employee special need. We were asked for help by a young man who I believe may have had cerebral palsy. I think he used a shopping cart for stability. He was friendly, knowledgeable and it made me happy to see him doing this job. Good for you Home Depot:)

Went in with my son to get help and opinions for his Eagle Project for Scouts. The staff went above and beyond to help him and gave great advice for his project. They recommended and helped him select the best and proper materials for it.

Joy did an amazing job helping us with a carpet purchase. She handled all the details and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied.
