The people that work in this store have always been so helpful and been more than willing to answer questions I have and more than willing to help me. As a woman You don't know how much that is a helpful thing.

They have an awesome garden center everything looks healthy and watered. Looks very organized and I love the variety of all the plants and flowers.

I was able to get the assistance I needed quickly and both associates were friendly, helpful and so polite. I like Home Depot not only because of the products available, but the associates seem to really care and they always go above and beyond!

Becky in flooring. Terri in flooring. Abner in kitchens. Cimone at the front desk. These 4 people have made my life so much easier over the past month while I am remodeling a home. They have all been helpful, attentive, kind and have gone above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer.

The algonquin store is very clean and I was able to find what I was looking for quickly, also I received friendly assitannce from store associates for answers to all my questions.

See Nico in flooring for any of your flooring needs. Nico is knowledgeable and professional and handled my somewhat complicated flooring order with ease. Nico followed up several times as needed for my project and was available to speak with in person and when I called into the store.

I LOVE this store! I’m here all the time and I’ve worked with the store manager, assistant managers, and dozens and dozens of department associates. They are all so nice and helpful no matter my project. They always work to find a solution if I need something. I actually consider many of them true friends. They really are Algonquin’s All-Star community store.

My experience on a number of times has left me no choice but to rate this Home Depot a 1 star. Unfortunately time and time again my experience has been tainted by one employee in particular. Jon who I usually see in customer service is very unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to assist customers. My family and I have been coming to this location for YEARS. We own 16+ rental properties and apartments and are there multiple times a week. We spend thousands of dollars there. Anytime I have asked this employee for help locating an item, picking up an online order, or returning an item. He has been very hostile and unwilling to help. He has lied on multiple occasions and managers have had to come and take over for him do to his lack of help. He is unwilling to assist and comes off very pompous. I love love love a lot of employees there but this individual has unfortunately tainted me coming back as well as my maintenance men, family and friends.

This store is great. I would give it a five star if Jon ever stops working here. He is awful to deal with.

I'm extremely happy with my new gas range, the service I received, and efficient procedures involved with this purchase. As for the excellent delivery, I'm especially pleased with the polite, efficient and quality installation.

I have been going to this store for about 13 years. This store has excellent service. I never have to look for someone to help me. Associates offer to help every time I go in. The store is clean and everything is easy to find. The employees at this store are truly genuine!

A few long time employees are rude and unfriendly, and take their jobs for granted, act as if they don't like working in the public sphere. They need to understand that I can go elsewhere when going to this store feels more like a hostile public serving environment...

In general, Home Depot is a great store. I have used them many times in the past (windows, kitchen floor, bedroom floor) This is the first time there have been any problems in many, many years of shopping there.

employees are helpful and will engage with you - very refreshing from other stores especially during the pandemic. they are forward thinking and see you looking at some product and will guide you to other similar products or offer suggestions.

Home Depot was the third store that we went to and we hit the jackpot. Edward who helped us with our storm door was awesome. He was very knowledgeable not pushy and spent the whole time with us. Mary Ann at the register was also very informative. She took her time explaining To us about filling out a credit application to get money off of the purchase of the door. She was very patient.

Lydia, my cashier in the garden checkout, was friendly, fast and organized.
