Just try and find an employee to assist. Then when you do you will be lucky if they will actually help. All Home Depot stores are the same. Not enough employees and poor employees.

Every time I walk through, an employee is always there to help or ask me if I have any questions. So pleasant!

We just purchased a house in the area. We are upgrading our kitchen and the process was easy. The kitchen design employees are knowledgeable, patient and helpful!

This HOME DEPOT should receive 10 Stars.. The employees here are AWESOME! They always go out of their way to help me and I always leave the store happy knowing that I have received the best customer service. Thank you Store #1940 !

I went into the store looking for packing/moving boxes. An employee named Dave found me and he walked me over to the boxes. I was also looking for another item but wasn’t sure on the specific name of it but as I described it to Dave, he was almost certain the store didn’t carry it. While I was loading my cart with the moving boxes, Dave came back and found me the specific item I was looking for! I was so happy he went above and beyond looking for this item even though he was certain the store didn’t carry it. He was extremely helpful and friendly and I can’t thank him enough for helping me today! If you ever need help at this store, please see Dave because he’s fantastic! Thank you Dave for being such a kind soul.

I would highly recommend this store for having your lawn mower or pressure washer repaired. Bob in the rental area does a fantastic job and the prices are very fair. I have also had success in the lighting area, plumbing and appliances.

Most Associates are consistently helpful, courteous and efficient. Sometimes there is only one associate available in a particular department and is overwhelmed assisting another customer. Perhaps, Home Depot could look into a program to train associates to be more knowledgeable in all departments.

The store is kept orderly. They always have what I need in stock. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I have ordered items online and when I go to pick them up, they are in stock and ready for me, unlike other area home improvement stores.

I like the store overall, but once in a while I run into gruff, opinionated know-it-alls. Example, I bought a dryer from Home Depot and later came in to find a $2 adapter for the gas line. The employee who helped, while knowledgeable, was pretty rough around the edges and a bit pompous. After searching around, he could not find the needed adapter. Then he let me know that my only option was a $21 flexible line with adapters in the kit. That was pretty disappointing! But, but my current gas line was old, so I agreed. When I told him that I'm installing the dryer myself (which, as just about anyone knows, is a very simple task), he replied by saying, "If I were you, I would have spent the money and had people do it who know what they're doing." Thanks a lot, pal, for your very low view of my dryer installation skills!

The staff in flooring were great. Assisted us with pricing out a carpeting on a few rooms in our house. We appreciated their patience and amazing customer service.

I came to store to purchase a washer/dryer. Salesperson was very helpful, assisted with price matching and obtaining financing.

This large, clean and well stocked store is more than competitive with other big box stores. The combination of knowledgeable staff, vast array of products, good pricing and attractive financing make this a first stop for me whenever I need appliances, hardware or lawn and garden supplies. I just bought a new washer and dryer and the entire experience was conducted in an efficient and pain free manner. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

Store is always clean and well stocked. The garden shop has a good selection of plants and flowers.
