User ID; H89 7510068340 Password; 23614 68279 I just like to say after struggling with an agent in the lighting department, (I won’t say your name because I know she was sick...but it was very challenging at best!). I was trying to find a replacement lightbulb for my bathroom vanity. I took a chance on an LED and when I went to check out my transaction was handled by cashier Donna.😊 She was so friendly & mentioned that they would probably no longer carry the original lightbulb, that it would be replaced by the newer LED bulb. She said to give it a try, she thought it should work & even went a step further to tell me the difference between the different lighting tones; warm, cool, & bright. When I went home and tried the lightbulb I was so pleased to find out that the replacement LED lightbulb worked!! If it wasn’t for Donna‘s friendly demeanor & ability to engage in friendly, helpful conversation w/me, I probably would’ve never known about the different effects of lighting. Donna & Loon were able to turn the unpleasant experience I had in the lighting department into a positive!!! So please let Donna & Loon know that friendly customer service goes very far. Thank you!

The plumber they had install my hot water tank was kind and very Informative!

Purchased blinds for a client, was unable to get them cut to size for lack of associate even after being paged. Brought them back uncut the next day hoping to have them cut to size, yet again was unable to find an associate who could make the appropriate cut. Normally, this store is the one to go to. I have more blinds to install, but I’ll be going to the blue store to purchase them.

We were in a hurry and the employees made our trip quicker by helping us find exactly what we needed.

Cassie was patient and considerate during a extremely frustrating shopping experience. I'm handicapped and because of a credit issue needed to sit on the store phone for over 1 hour. Cassie got me a seat during my wait to make it possible to resolve my issue. Very pleasant and a great staff person.

Every time I come here, I experience outstanding service from the employees. I go out of my way to come here. They are knowledgeable, willing and helpful.

In cold rain, Dion came out to put my drywall and quarter rounds in my car for me. He then put me in the car and sent me on my way. I recently broke my femur and resulted in hip surgery. This sweet young man is an asset to this store!

I had to return some fence poles that I bought over 6 months ago. I thought they might give me a hard time about the length of time but it was no issue. Return was super easy!!!

More variety of supplies and great garden shop

A friend suggested this place for an item I needed and didn’t know where to go. I was very surprised they had several choices and the prices were decent:

This is not the closest Home Depot to me, but this is the store I always start my shopping with because it is organized, and the sales associate are always helpful even if they have to refer you to another store.

After being disappointed at 4 other stores that did not have what I needed, I was so happy to be directed right to it by a helpful employee at Home Depot. Every staff person I engaged with was so very helpful. I was so impressed.

I love the Allen Park Home Depot. It is always clean, stocked and full of good folks. Some may be on their 'A game' and are quick, while others take their time, either way you'll get help when you need it. Prices aren't the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either. The Michigan native plant offering is probably the only thing I can say I wish Home Depot did better. I want a black spruce, but they don't have a single one.

After the employee ignored me, I ask for manager Amanda that never came. 20 minutes of just standing there at Allen Park Home Depot. Horrible customer service!!

Was greeted at checkout, and the employees there helped me find the item I needed. They called down to another department and had the item delivered to checkout. Was very pleased with the service they provided.

I needed assistance with a Power washer and outdoor Carpet. Xoni the Dept Supervisor, Daren and Edgar in Flooring along with Miranda the Head Cashier were wonderful in helping me make me purchasing. They were warm, friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you to each of you
