Can you bought a Christmas tree and we're told that they could attach it to the roof of the car. We waited for 30 minutes between 20 and 30 minutes. While the worker that they sent outside to tie the tree on the car could not tie a knot. He messed with it for 20 minutes and my daughter is a PhD student and she's just looking at him and everything he tied kept falling apart. He could not tie a basic knot. My daughters worked on the front part of the tree while the kid tried to work on the back and when he walked away the knot fell completely apart. It came right apart. It was very disheartening to spend that kind of money and have been told that they could put it on the car and we were lied to. The guys were inside chatting and they sent two people out that had no experience whatsoever to do this. I called management the next day and he said he would get back to me and he has not

Over the years. Hone Depot. Has became much more then just a hardware store. It became a place to come if a idea needs parts. For a it to come together. Or just a question to answered.

I am in your stores everyday, mostly allen park michigan. This store lost a great employee by the name of Kira. I would have hired her if I had the need. You have another employee in your lighting and plumbing departments,.Vince and Bob. They probably should get recognition for their extraordinary knowledge of their respective departments. As a contractor, we recognize good employees and lure them away. You have the opportunity everyday to give them a pat on the back. Perhaps ask what you cod do to make them more successful at what they are already doing. You'll learn more than you expect. What you do with that knowledge is up to.you. keep in mind that it takes skill to recognize opportunity and opportunity comes in all forms. Employee intelligence is just one form.

I was just there yesterday to get Scott's Fall & Winter lawn treatment, and low-and-behold, the Scott's reps were in the store, but it was the Home Depot staff that made me aware of the reps being on-property.

Always greeted with someone who wants to assist.

Store has way to many stacks of merchandise in aisle looks messy get rid of some wingstacks

Don’t shop at Allen Park Michigan, they don’t have carts to carry heavy items out of the store, had to carry two doors by hand, this store sucks!

Staff is a very rude unhelpful and disrespectful
