The store is very organize

Don't bother looking for another "Home Depot" or home improvement store. This store is definitely changing my opinion of the "Home Depot" with two exceptional employees working there (Justin and Lori). I have never had such a positive and engaging experience at a "Home Depot" where they truly took care of what I needed and provided a great level of interpersonal support and focus that you seldom get at a large scale home improvement store. I would highly recommend this store because either the management is doing something different developing and engaging their associates and/or it is just a more positive place to work = a better shopping experience for us as the customer than any other "Home Depot" I have ever been in during my 52 years on this earth! Awesome job Justin (Lumber) and Lori (check-out)! Thank you!

Home Depot most always has what I need and at competitive prices. Associates are friendly and eager to assist if need be. Never a hassle to make a return when necessary. I live near an Ace hardware, but am usually going to Home Depot because of the wide selections and friendly service.

Big store. Almost anything you want and need for your home. The only reason I'm giving a 4 is, it takes some help from store employees to find items as it's huge. A general isle summary board could be helpful.

Wasn't greeted at all. Didn't receive a warm and friendly greeting from the employee working in aile 13 and 14.He mad fun of me for shopping at a conpedeter store (Harbor Fright). Had to move a shopping cart he left right in the middle of the aisle just to ask him a question, in which he gave me his back. After asking him if they carried a dust bag for a orbit sander he ask where I purchase it and laughed at me once I told him the brand of the sander (Chicago elelectric). I felt so bad.

Peter from power tools helped me get a great deal on Makita dril combo.

Yes,I will recommend this store because they have everything for a home....

Peter and Paul gave me the best experience I ever had in customer service. Both of them went out of thier way to ensure I left the store with what I came there for and satisfied. Two thumbs up for both of them !!!!

The delivery men were exceptionally friendly I had a dent on the side of the wash machine and they took care of it for me they were extremely friendly and helpful very very comforting to see delivery men like that you have a very good workers

This store is one of the larger Home Depots in the Lehigh Valley. I come to this store when I need extended choices. All Home Depot stores have a vast inventory, but this one has just a little bit more.

Store was clean and everything is always easy to find and the employees are always so helpful!

I am visiting from Homosassa Florida and doing a shower stall for my Daughter who lives in Applewood PA I need supplies for the work I have to do so Home Depot is my choice.

The hardware dept. employee (Peter) was an incredible help! He stopped what he was doing gave me undivided attention, and left his own department to take me to another area of the store where he did not work to make sure I was taken care of. Not only that, then he helped me find exactly what I needed and cut the conduit pipes for me to boot. I never received such personal and considerate help from any hardware or home improvement store! Without his help, I would have messed up! Thank you Peter!

I appreciate the HD employs helpful and knowledgeable employees. They always have given me good advice on my projects and helped me throughout the shopping experience.

Excellent customer service and overall shopping experience

i was looking for a fire pit. was greeted by Lorie in the garden department she went out of her way to help us find what we were looking for. without her help we would have left the store and went to Lowe's she is awsome

The customer service we received was excellent we didn't have to wait long to be helped the people in the departments know their stuff great group of employees working there

Store is clean and organized. There are plenty of nice people to help you that know where to look for what you want. Parking and access are easy. Prices are good. Whenever I need hardware or supplies, I shop at this store. Never had any problems with service or products.

I asked a store associate where the smoke detectors were located and he didn't even look up at me and just yelled third aisle. After picking up the smoke detectors, I asked another store associate working at the front end, where I can find batteries. She didn't look up at me either and pointed to the right and said that way. I just walked that direction until I found them close to the cashiers on that end. I think the staff needs some training on customer service.

Had the employee at the check out not taken the time to help me find what I was looking for and go even further by assisting me to load large items on the cart and into the car, I would have left with less items than I had come to buy and would not have signed up for a Home Depot card that I had been wanting to do for the last year.

the store was neat and clean and i could find everything I wanted. Plentty of associates available.
