I have never had an occasion where they were not helpful. If some one doesn't know they find out. If someone is not available in a department someone else steps up.

This store is well organized and has a great variety of products to keep your home up to date. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I know if I am uncertain about a project that they will an able to answer any questions I have. This store is also conveniently located on route 8.

Very seldom do I require assistance since I'm very knowledgeable on many of the products the store sells and that I need. Having said that I often shop HD just to see new products. In fact I've purchased new power tools for there differences from the norm and very seldom use them, but I have in the event I have occasion to use. When I need assistance for the most part the older employees which I'm now familiar with are very helpful. I hope the younger ones stick around to learn from the older.

Employees at this store are consistently helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help customers find exactly what they came into the store to buy. They are never to busy to answer questions, to make suggestions when asked, and to offer assistance getting your order to your vehicle. The aisles are well marked and the variety of choices for individual items is truly amazing.

Nothing wrong with the store. Your websites are terrible when trying to enter this contest. The supposedly right site asked for numbers from an email or letter, which I didn't have. Took some time to finally find this site. Looks like you don't want any entries. Didn't need any help, so there fore I really don't know how helpful they would be.

Found items that I needed. Cashier was fast. Store was well stocked with the items that I needed.

Disconnect betw sales and install. The door installed looks like it came from a scratch and dent sale. Hardware installed on wrong door. Installers left and dry wall above door was left with a long crevice, the door was filthy with finger prints and there was damage to one of two doors. Installers broke corner of wood door frame when reinstalling; they "fixed" it but never mentioned it to me. There is no pride in the install and the quality of the door delivered was poor.
