The store was very clean and I was able to locate the items I needed very quickly. I was also very pleased with service / assistance I received from the store associate (Erica)

This store has it all and is in a great location right off the 5 freeway! We have only been here a couple of times after moving to the area and are very excited to use it more and more! The associates always have a smile on their face and are always very helpful

Had to wander around the store for quit a while until I found what I was looking for. never did I find an associate to ask for assistance. This is very typical of my visits to The Home Depot. Most of the time, associates seem to avoid customers and not make themselves available nor do they walk around asking if you need assistance. Not so with the other major competitor.

i found what i wanted, the prices were fair, but could be lower.

Items are located where I expect them to be. Pricing is clearly marked. When I need help it is easy to find. Check out is always fast at the self checkout line.

WE FOUND EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND WERE ALLOWED TO TAKE HOME A FEW SAMPLES OF TILE TO SEE WHICH ONES WENT WITH OUR CABINETS. THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. IT WAS A STRESS FREE BUYING EXPERIENCE.

the Anaheim store was very clean and cool especially its summer time

I walked in the door and a gentleman named John asked if he could help me. I had a remote for some lights at home and was unable to open the compartment, John took me to the Hardware Department, tried a couple different sizes of Phillips screw drivers until he found the right size. He then opened the battery compartment, walked me over to the batteries and found the correct size, After doing all of that for me he still asked if I needed anything else. When I went to the Customer Service desk to tell them how helpful he was I found out he actually worked in Plumbing. You wouldn't find that kind of service at Lowe's.

All the factors that I need (products, insight, time) are always available at this Home Depot store. I am there two to three times a week based upon my needs and when I need them. When I have a question, the answer is always provided to me. When I need an item, they are rarely not available. With everything I described, it is truly one of my favorite locations when the needs arise and the availability is present. Home Depot is truly my second home!!

The few employees that could be found had no knowledge of their store products and offered no assistance, they were very dismissive of questions and acted as if they could not be bothered to step away from their own thoughts.Customers could be seen asking and helping eachother with lifting heavy items and product questions.

I don't know much about tools or how to fix/paint/make anything, but I can always count on associates to help me find what I need. I am blown away by how friendly and incredibly knowledgeable many of the associates are.

Brian in the Kitchen section is the best. He took what was going to be a painful remodel experience and has made it fun and helped us keep it under budget. We ended up purchasing all that was needed from his very cozy desk!

The employees are always helpful, knowledgeable, and polite at this hardware store, and if they do not have what I want in stock, they usually can order it for me. I especially like their garden center! My favorite hardware store!

This store is so neat and customer service is great! Carl and Josh made me feel like a valued customer! Very satisfied!

From the moment i walk into the store, i am greeted by an associate who really seems to be sincere. Every associate is working with a customer and if they are not, they are putting away inventory or asking me if i need any assistance. I would typically need it if it weren't for the online parts look up prior to attending store. otherwise i am confident they would be able to answer any/all my questions.

I was very happy with the Associates who seemed to be very knowledgeable about the store. I also liked the fact that the cashier was very friendly.

If you are looking to buy appliances, ask for Louie. He knows his stuff and will help you get what you need. We used him for our kitchen remodel 5 years ago, my father's kitchen remodel 2 yrs ago and our new house kitchen remodel this year. Won't oversell and knows the pros And cons of various models, based on your needs. We just purchased everything we need for our new kitchen in one time-saving visi!

Great store! Friendly cashiers and associates! Would decently come back.

I was able to go into store and go strait to the supplies I needed. Everything was well labeled and easy to understand. I checked out through the self-checkout. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes ... Awesome!

It's almost no contest on how this store is compared to others. I never have any problems at this store.

I went in with 2 items in mind to buy. They were in stock and where I expected them to be. Nice and easy. And the Veteran's discount made paying easy also.

The lumber that I buy help me to complete the project, the door repair come up exellent, I was aible to please My Genaral manager. I found everything I need.

We had been told by a Home Depot representative to Report to the Customer Service Desk to pay for an order that had been ordered by a Home Depot Rep. The 'Associate' named Pam, who initially helped us was Rude, Obnoxious, unhelpful, Argumentative and seemed to just not care! After we had waited in line for several minutes she 'informed' us we were at the Wrong Counter and told us we needed to 'go over there'(pointing to her left). After we insisted on speaking with a store manager everything went VERY Smooth and the rest of the Staff was helpful!! Had we Stopped at the experience with Pam, we would've NEVER dealt with this store again!!

When I didn't find associate. Manager herself helped me find the product and calculate right amount of materials needed for my job. She was very courteous, knowledgeable. Even her associate at register stayed one hour more to complete my order even though he had family emergency. Both were extremely helpful and walked extra mile to provide excellent customer service to me. They both are great asset for Home Depot. Their services are highly gratified.

The paint Dept clerk was extremely helpful in finding what I needed. I was very thankful for her knowledge and efficiency plus her friendly demeanor made shopping there a pleasure!!

Was helped from step one too final step! They go out of their way to do everything!

Asked for help to purchase a Bar-b-que, a Garden Storage shed and Microwave and was helped until checkout time!

The customer service employees were extremely helpful. The employee working with the shades and blinds went above and beyond to meet my needs and help me find what I was looking for.
