This store did a great job on Black Friday. Very well organized and the associates were fantastic. Store Manger Bob was very visible and was leading the store to ensure customers were all taken care of . Great job! Thank You.

Staff was very helpful and they had what they advertised for Black Friday even for those of us who slept in! Since the roads were ice covered we didn't leave home until 9 and when we arrived at Home Depot they still had the items we were looking for in their black Friday ad. We were greeted quickly upon arrival and asked what they could help us find. They took us right to the area where the merchandise was at asked if there was something else they could help us find. All the checkouts were running so the wait wasn't long.

Enjoy shopping at Home Depot. I find everything i need.

The help we received was wonderful. Our associate was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very willing to answer our questions and provide needed information. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Home Depot.

The store was clean and items were easy to find. Bob N. talked to me about the items that I needed and we did this choosing the items that would fulfill these needs and yet still save money. I couldn't have talked to anyone better.

I've only ever had one back Associate experience in the store otherwise, wonderful place to shop. I do NOT shop Menards EVER!! So HD or Lowes kind of girl, in Ankney it only leaves HD but this is quite a charming store.

After spending at least 10 minutes trying to find an item, I asked the first associate that I saw for help. He said he worked on the other side of the store and that the item was not in his department nor did he have any idea where it would be. I later found the item by myself.

The representative in the kitchen cabinet department was very knowledgeable and helpful.

It was great shopping at the store...overall price and products are good..satisfied with the quality and easy to find goods.

I live about 30 miles out of Ankeny but work here. I love the fact that I can order online - that the Home Depot is open up at 6:00 a.m. and that I am able to swing in, have it already available to pick up, and be on my way to work in a matter of no time. Great service!

I needed more cans of spray pain than were on the shelf. The person at the paint counter located those for me

Linda helped so much in picking kind and color of blinds. It was kind of hard to pick from samples in book. Hopefully they will be okay when they come and are installed.

Everything I went to purchase I found, and even some things I hadn't planned on getting. Great mum selection.

I got help with spray shower and dry wall compound. Thanks again to home depot employee! They are very helpful and saved my time.

HILDI FOUND US,OFFERED HELP, TOOK US WHERE THE ITEMS WERE, AND WHEN WE CULD NOT FIND AN ITEM CALLED FOR HELP LOCATING IT.

Finding someone can occasionally be tricky but once found they are always helpful, kind, and offer good information

Because the associates were there, almost waiting for me! They immediately helped locate my items and select the correct products I needed.

We came in to get an estimated quote on what we would need to replace our roof. We were assisted right away. The associate was knowledgeable on everything we needed. He was polite and friendly. Definitely would recommend going here to others.

The Ankeny store has always been very helpful and has always had everything I have needed. I have bought everything from carpet, wood, quartz counters, sinks etc & have always been completely satisfied with the associates, the products & installation.

I was asked by several employees if I needed any help. Twice when I asked the location of a product, I was shown to it and assisted in finding exactly what I needed. The employees were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a really great shopping experience!

Ordered two garden sheds on the phone and picked them up at the store. Each kit weighed over 900 lbs and staff were very helpful from start to finish.

The returning of an item to Customer Service was quick, efficient , and pleasant. The person who helped me with the return was knowledgible, and pleasant making my store visit enjoyable. The checkout experience was smooth. Very pleased with my time spent at Home Depot.

I had exceptional customer service. The sales associate went out of his way to assist me. He also made sure I was completely satisfied before I left . I appreciated his willingness to look over my window treatment special order and check EVERY detail to make sure it was correct before I paid and left the store. I would recommend him as an associate. He was willing to answer all of my questions and treated me with the utmost respect throughout the entire process.

The range and selection of products that I am looking for are more likely to be available and reasonably priced than at some of the competition. In general the staff and management have been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to replacing a defective item. On this recent visit, however, there seemed to be a negative attitude on the part of the staff I contacted for assistance, with the exception of a cheery cashier.

During checkout, our cashier realized there was an on-going promotion that would save us 10% on our appliance purchase. I appreciate her recognizing this and re-doing the transaction to bring us that savings.

There was a very helpful gentleman in the wiring department. He was very friendly and very helpful. I got what I needed quickly with no muss or fuss.

I approached an associate and asked them where I could find a pair of gloves to use with paint stripper he didn't respond so I said sir where can I find gloves to use with paint stripper he turned around and said I don't know! I replied good answer! I don't know! So I continue down the aisle on my own looking for the gloves in which I found them, on the way back to the front of store I passed the same associate who is asking the paint department associate the same question and her response was it doesn't matter.I just had to laugh, that is poor customer service
