When Top Shop came to measure for countertops! The sink had a ding in a seam! I was told to return it to Ankeney Store! They would not exchange but forced to have refund and until it is back on my Card! Still waiting for cred so I can reorder!

I worked with a gentleman named Andy in the kitchen remodel area. He was very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful in picking out cabinets for my laundry room. I will definitely shop at this Home Depot store again!

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new refrigerator and dishwasher. There was an excellent selection and pricing. Salesperson was very friendly and helpful. No pressure at all, which was much appreciated!

I have never had a bad experience at this store, or any other Home Depot. I can’t say the same for their main competitor across the street that starts with an M.

I often find good team members in the isles at the store to help me find items. Today I received outstanding help from Ricardo in helping me devise a solution to a plumbing issue.

Went to the store to get a few things, seen a table and chairs was on sale, bought the item, while loading my truck Celia helped me, she noticed I only had one box of 2, it was a large box, I assumed it was all in the one box, she helped me find the other box(actual table) and helped me lift it on to a cart and even helped me load it into my truck, she was very friendly, all the employees were, I typically go to urbandale but will probably go out of my way to go back to Ankeny! Had Celia not pointed out that there was another box, I'd have driven home(40 minutes) to notice I only had the chairs and no table, she saved my day and even gave me a couple construction pencils on the way out! Great employee, she should be a manager!

3 times I have come into this store and 3 time they math part of their job has been an issue. 12 bucks was the difference for me this last trip.

Bought to door knobs very affordable and sturdy! We have used these doorknobs for a very long time and are very satisfied!

I was 8n and with the purchase of a new stove

I visited the Ankeny Home Depot two days in a row to complete my project to install a new disposal and kitchen faucet. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They showed me exactly where the products were I needed including all required materials. Additionally, they offered helpful advice and friendly service ranging from the Return desk, to the floor staff, and to the check out person. Very productive and enjoyable visit.

The carpet and pad was of good quality. The install was quick and neat. Also very pleased with quality of the install of the carpet.

Home Depot has really stepped up their game on customer service at the Ankeny store. Great experience.

One of the cashiers today went above and beyond his regular job duties to ensure that we found a product that we needed for the job.

Store abusing old people with the walker that sitting on the chair, lied and younger ones that just hides from you

Took 3 visits but finally found product I wanted.

Chad and Matt helped me get the stuff I needed to get the job done. I got the tools and fasteners I needed cuz of them.

Went in to purchase 6x6x12 posts which are frustrating enough. Upon getting to check out I asked the manager Carlos to please open the roller door for me. He told me I wouldn’t need it as there were side doors. I told him there was carts in front of the doors he said no I’ll be fine deal with it. Coming from someone who doesn’t look like he worked a day of construction in his life he has some audacity telling me how to do my job. Being a pro who spends thousands of dollars at multiple locations weekly you would think the manager would treat me a little better. I think given my attire he thought I was some random labor. Where I come from you lead from the front and what he did was lead his team negatively
