I had several items that were the wrong size and needed to return them. John F. was very pleasant and helpful in the process. I sometimes feel that making returns is an imposition in some stores, but not in this case.

I don't recall the names of associates I dealt with today but all were very knowledgeable and friendly.

The store was clean .The associate was helpful and friendly. He helped me find the correct item I needed. The service was quick. I enjoyed the visit. Home depot always have what I need.I purchased indoor outdoor carpet for my patio. My patio not only look great,,it gave the guarden a beautiful appearance.

The Home Depot storr is always fun to walk around I will never get bored when I'm in the Home Depot

Good products, not always on hand and store associates not easy to find. Other than that, a very good shopping experience.

The cashier was courteous and the tool man was very helpful with his description of nail guns.

Floor was wet when customers came in the the early morning. Customers are already waiting at the door at least 4 minutes before 8. Door opened at exactly 8. It would look good if they opened a minute or 2 before 8 (very basic customer service). Boxes of same products should all look alike. I noticed 1 had a plastic cord wrap around while another was taped all around. It looked like they are trying to keep all the parts inside as the box looked like it has been opened before. Doing so (taping), they forgot to put the printed materials inside (warrant, instructions/parts list).

Once I found a good associate, he guided me through the process of what I needed. Since I'm not a millworker or carpenter, I found his knowledge to be extremely valuable. He helped me to identify all the peripheral materials to complete the project and even provided step-by-step instructions as to what to expect when the job was begun. HOME DEPOT rocks!

Had no idea what kind of power tools I would need to tackle any kind of job and the amazing gentleman helped me understand each product in an exciting way! I am happy with my product selection and can handle any job!!!!!! I am also in shock and awe with the price I paid for everything I purchased! A LOT less than what I thought I would spend for such incredible power tools and kits!!!! Just go to Home Depot for all your remodel and tasks! Save your money and you go home with incredible products!!

We love our neighborhood store. It feels like a true neighborhood resource! Everyone is helpful and friendly, and we go there often several times a week.

Store was clean, but very busy. Associate helped me find what I needed and, with only having a couple items to purchase but the lines being long, offered to check me out at the customer service desk.

Renetta was very helpful during 2 of my many visits to the store. She remembered me from the first trip, and the second time, was like my own personal assistant. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and an asset to your company.

Ann C in customer service was excellent! She is helpful, has a great attitude, and made a very stressful experience into a calming one! You should give her a raise and hire more people like her :-)

Associate who helped with the item I purchased didn't even work in that department, but he was able to think on his feet and lead me directly to the item in no time. He was friendly and very helpful.

Products fairly easy to find, associates not always real easy but helpful when you find one. Product availability is good and the Garden Center and grilling products are excellent.

The store needs to have the shelves stocked on a regular basis, the Ryobi products,especially the P320/P360/P325 are NEVER on the shelves, you Have to get an associate to climb a ladder to find them in overhead stock-same for 1++ years, time waster! A BRIGHT SPOT IS ELIZABETH, EMPLOYEE NUMBER=ENM2353, SHE IS AMAZING, AND NEEDS TO BE PROMOTED!

I have not been in this store for quite some time and decided to stop by here for a couple of things. What a nice visit it turned out to be :) First of all i spoke to four associates and EVERYONE knew their way around, was helpful and welcoming and somehow enjoying their work, which almost never happens in big warehouses. The store is organized nicely, has wide ways, everything is clean, marked well, all the sales are perfectly visible and all in all it was a relaxing, fun shopping hour.

You have really stepped up your game. Visiting is so much better than it used to be! Like night and day. I'm very appreciative.

This place is somewhere you go when you need something quick. Otherwise, try to find it cheaper elsewhere. The customer service is not the best.

The last several times I have been to the Annandale Home Depot I have gotten help quickly. Even though I live in Falls Church the Annandale store is nearer. In almost every case the person helping me has been very friendly and willing to help. Even when there is a line of people they politely and efficiently take people in order and patiently help all of us. This assistance has consistently met my needs. Associates seem to be expert in recommending the home and garden equipment I need. In the past, I didn't always get the help I needed. I am delighted to see this very positive improvement in customer service. Thanks to all involved including the employees and mangers of this store.

Everyone was cheerful and helpful, and two young men in the lumber dept. offered to drive the lumber to my house for free after realizing it wasn't going to fit in my car, noting that I had been in the store a long time figuring out which lumber to buy.

Our cashier, Sheneva, was absolutely wonderful. She was the best part of our visit to the store. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. She made the checkout process seamless, and her overall positive demeanor and ease at connecting with customers encouraged me to fill out this review survey. She's the best part of the store!

This store has very helpful staff. I found the things I wanted to purchase and received answers to a couple of questions.

The store is well organized and it was easy to find the product I wished to purchase. Cashier was friendly and the associate from garden was very helpful in loading my car.
