Today I received great service from Bernice (window blind department).

Ruby, the sales person in washers and dryers, is GREAT. In and out in less than 30 minutes!

Great sales people, they know their products, they know where everything is in the store and they treat you like family. Will definitely shop there again!

Recently bought a refrigerator here and was impressed with the number of floor samples to choose from as well as the assistance we received. Ruby, our salesperson, was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful with our purchase. She went the extra mile to make sure we received all the allowed discounts for our purchase and remained professional throughout the sale.

Customer service was inspiring. From the easy and pleasant return of an item to having several associates help me during my massive shopping trip, I was impressed.

Just wanted to say that I appreciated the clerk at the returns desk, who was very sincere and friendly to each customer. He had a sense of humor, which made the exchange go quickly and efficiently.

Excellent experience shopping at this store in Annapolis. I use both.tonight I asked customer service something she smiled and helped,STEWART a floor employee was super helful and helped me figure some thin g s out that were correct. The lovely cashier was a positive young lady who thanked me for my service in the air force and she as genuine about it. Store is always clean too.

I RECEIVED GOOD SERVICE AT THE ANNAPOLIS HOMEDEPOT FROM THE SERVICE DESK BY KEITH. HE WAS PLEASANT .FAST.AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Wonderful experience at this store. Products I needed were easy to spot. I was immediately approached by a sales person who was very knowledgeable and helpful; she even demonstrated how to replace the trimmrer line for my Echo. And, I successfully did so when at home. This was great customer service!!

big inventory, but at 9:30 am on a Friday, there were few clerks to guide me to the proper department. I found one of the two products I was looking for. where on this form is a space for including a "value for overall rating

Employees are very helpful. Store is very rarely out of stock of its items which is not always true of its competitors.

The level of Customer Service in this store is amazing. We had been to several other stores looking for appliances. We decided to try this location because we were visiting family. We were greeted right away in the appliance section. We were given some idea and materiasl to take home. A few days later I called and spoke with Fred. He is outstanding in every way. It was like talking with your knowledgeable warm grandfather. He was friendly and took so much time with me. He even called me back. We decided to upgrade all of our appliances at the Home depot. Fred remembered my name and worked with us from selection to purchase. My husband was so impressed with him that he asked me to right this review. Thank you Fred in appliances.

The wrong item was delivered and when called they were not willing to deliver a replacement in a timely fashion, blaming the delivery company they outsource to. No accountability.

Very efficient and put customer needs first. Time was important and they helped process our purchase quickly.

Home Depot is pet friendly. It is so helpful at this time of year when it is hot that my well behaved dogs are welcomed into the store.

The only area all Home Depots need to improve is the taking are money when we want to Spend It!!!!!!!!!!! This Location Awesome in Customer service in every other Way

Purchase uneventful but applying for memorial weekend rebate was difficult. Employees in paint dept were clueless about how to apply. If applying online did you have to send in receipts and ups codes? form was vague and no one could answer questions

i SHOP AT THE ANNAPOLIS HOME DEPOT BRANCH QUITE OFTEN. I ALWAYS RECEIVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT i EXPECT ON MY VISIT. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL, AND WILL ASK IF I REQUIRE HELP OUT TO MY CAR WITH MY PURCHASE. I DO NOT, BUT IT IS ALWAYS APPRECIATE THAT THEY ASK. THE STORE IS USUALLY WELL STOCKED, AND I RECEIVE THE ASSISTANCE I NEED WHEN LOOKING FOR AN ITEM IF I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO LOCATE IT. I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A LOYAL PATRON BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE.

Lura in Doors/windows was very knowledgeable and patient. Moving about to view several options was no problem for her and I did not feel that I was just being hurried along like cattle. Lura was interested in helping and satisfied each of my questions with complete explanations. Job well done.

I like this store, its on my way to my jobs and they always have everything I need to get my jobs finished.

Cashier Breona is an amazing worker and patient she's friendly and has a great personality

2557 is a great store to shop. Rarely ever have an issue shopping there.

I was greeted upon entering the store and received clear directions to the items I was looking for.I then received assistance from a very knowledgeable store employee. The store was clean and the employees were courteous. Prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend this particular store.

Like the outdoor garden area for annuals and shrubs. Good prices, staff is helpful and easy to get around the center.
