The store was very clean and orderly. Most employees were very helpful, except one employee was not helpful (in the concrete department).

This is a decent store, but is hit or miss with associates. On a good day, you will get amazing customer service. In fact, maybe the best I have received in a Home Depot. On their worst day, I have seen fights nearly escalate to full fledged schoolyard brawls between customers and/or Pro counter associates. Prices are same as any other big box hardware store chain and product is usually available and if not they can get it shipped to you or the store quickly. Just beware that "Pro" counter where most of the aggressive contractors and staff will congregate.

This store has everything you need for any type of home improvement dreams. You can get great ideas by just walking up and down the aisles. The prices are great, also. Especially when you do the job yourself.

I am a happy camper. My husband and I went to Lowes since we always shop there for some home projects we wanted to do. There was no one available to help us and when we contacted an associate we were told to wait as there was only one person to help in that specific area. I asked if we could just look at the items since we have an idea of what we want but we were told that we would need to wait. The items we were thinking of were not on the floor and it was hard to navigate. I was very frustrated and decided to try out the Home Depot location in Roseville. I have a friend who recently bought such items in the West Sacramento location and was very happy. I have to agree. I found a really nice store associate who helped us in the entire purchase, guided us on what other items we may need, and even went out of his way to help us find the right fit to our budget and needs. We didn't feel pressured to buy and ended up spending around $900 that day. Two weeks later we returned back to the Antelope location as the store is bigger and spent another $800 to add more onto the project. This second experience was the same and the person who helped us was awesome. I regret not remembering the name of the associates but they were very helpful! The products are easy to find, the store associates are more than willing to assist, and the prices are a good deal. I am a Home Depot fan now and will definitely return back to shop. I have some other projects I would like to finish so am excited to return back.

Directions given as to location of fixtures were clear and accurate. Employees(2) were very helpful as to my picking the right fixture.

I have been going to home depot stores for about 17 years and this is by far the cleanest ,friendliest and most professionally run store that I have ever been in. This store speaks for itself from the moment that you walk in until the moment you walk out . Its the team /that makes that store up . I have never seen a better group of proud team members / associates

Frank and Lawrence in the lumber department are at this store are amazing. They helped me find a solution and at a great cost to me. Thanks guys, you will keep me coming back to this store!

This store is the cleanest most organized and the associates are the most knowledgeable then any other home depot store that I have ever been in from San Diego Washington / And the associates are the friendliest and most knowledgeable that I have the pleasure of dealing with . Mike in the plumbing Dept. is so willing to help and always has the answers . Wow the knowledge this man has in the plumbing field is amazing . and The guy in Elect. Dept. Tim I believe his name is I have always just called him sparky kind of a nick name he chuckles when he hears me call him . he always has the answers to questions and knows the trade forward and backward not to mention that both of these guys know the codes forward and backwards . I hope they are getting union scale wages because they deserve it. These two guys have saved me more times then I can mention . These two guys should be given some kind of bonus and award for employee of the year

I've never had such wonderful service at home dep]ot until today. Today my partner and I met an Associate by the name of Jason in the flooring department. Not only did he know all about the flooring and tile in his area, he was able to understand what we were looking for, needed and could afford and showed us the best bang for our buck. He explaned the differences in the material we were looking at and how durable it was for our needs. He helped us pick out Carpet, Rugs, Lino, Glue, Knee pads. It has been the best experience that I have ever had at your store. I will be looking for Jason the next time I come in for floor which should be in about a month. I might even call ahead to make sure he is working that day. That is how impressxed I was with his help. I would hire him for my company if I could. Thanks

This store is horrible the management sucks and acts like they better than their customers, and do not know anything about their departments. They keep firing the knowledgeable employees to hire new people who stare at you like your speaking another language when you ask them for help. Basically I am willing to go out of my way to go to lowes or ace, that s how bad this place is.

I always go to this location of Home Depot because of customer service and products availability.

I have been to the home depot in San Diageo Fresno Bakersfield Visalia sunrise sac. Madison Sac. Howel Ave sac And out of all of those home Depot stores none of them could even hold a candle to the Antelope Rd. Store . In fact I could be a block away from the Madison Ave store and I will travel all the way back to the Antelope store. And the reason for that is the warm feeling that you get from the associates and the organized store Not to mention that if a store associate see 's that you look like you are having a hard time finding something they will approach you and greet you with kindness and ask if they can help and yes like most always they pull it wright off of the shelf . Mike the associate in plumbing Wow what a guy he has more knowledge in his pinkie then most have in their brain . Then there is Tim in Elect. dept. I call him sparky if ever I need a question answered . I go to him and he will educate me LOL Then there is my girl in the paint dept. Associate # 122482177 Wow there is no one that can match paint like here . If I need paint matched no matter where I am I will come to her even if I am in Cameron Pare . I could go on for hours and name all of your associates by name. It is the team that makes up this store . If you lost a team member No doubt it would be felt through out the store How you pulled these grate people together and created such a great team is beyond me but I applaud you for doing so . And for giving me such a fantastic store to do business in. Believe me when I say it is people like your team that makes me travel 30 miles out of my way just to come to a store that I know that I am going to be treated like the valuable customer that I am . And I want to thank your team for expressing that to me. that is one of the few things keeps me working . When I retire I will mess the associates at the antelope Home Depot . I just wanted to give special kudos to Kathryn and Mike in the garden center. They are customer service in capitol letters. Both went out of there way to first locate the riding mower we found online and then the store did not have the bag that went with it and Kathryn called around for us and found one that was on clearance in Lincoln. We had to drive there to pick it up but when we went to pick up our mower, Kathryn and Mike installed the bag and made sure the mower worked and then helped load it on the trailer. They were so friendly and professional and made the transaction very pleasant. Thank you Kathryn and Mile.

Tonight me and my wife purchased a fridge at a good price Employees were nice and helpful once we tracked one down seemed short handed tonight but overall good experience.

I like to look up the items I want online to compare prices and I have the product name and type that way I can ask for exactly what I want. This trip was for 3 smoke detectors and I went in, asked a helpful employee and was walked right over to my product choice and I chose self check out and was finishing in less than 10 minutes.

The women in garden dept are very helpful& made my trip here more enjoyable & easier . had issues that were solved immediately & beyond my satisfaction. Highly recommended!!

My only complaint is the lack of posted prices in the garden dept. We always find something that we didn't have in mind. I like that. (he doesn't)

I would like to comment on the associate who helped me at the return desk. I was very pleased with the courtesy and care she showed in taking care of my shopping needs. She is very efficient in her job, cares about doing a good job and it showed. The associate also helped myself and others later in my home depot adventure when it came time to check out. It's caring people like Sherrie that keep me coming back to home depot. Bill

Getting assistance for paint was easy. Asked to get certain color a couple shades darker. He said not a problem should I still need it darker. Very helpful and patient.

We went to Home Depot to buy a new refrigerator and because of the helpful sales associate we were able to purchase one quite easily. She answered all our questions and she helped us find just what we were looking for. Thank you.

I was very happy with the flooring assoc and the gentleman that put down our flooring was very neat, knowledgeable and nice.

Just bought our first home. What a fun place to shop. Loved all the choices and innovative ideas I got while shopping at Home Depot. Trading in my Sam's Club card for a Home Depot card

Prices and product selection is great.....cleanliness and organizations is excellent.
