I was making a purchase at the return desk , and the cashier, I believe his name is Trent went about and beyond to make sure my purchase was correct, and what I needed. Superb service, and thank you very much

Patti was very kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I have not had the flooring done yet so I can comment on that but may update this review and provide photos later.

We bought a security door, nearly buying the wrong one and Norleen stepped in to help us find the right door for the job. We really appreciate the great service!

We are painting our family room, and paint department made sure we had the correct items

I came in to home Depot to buy a clip lamp. I asked a gentleman that was working with another person if I can ask him a question. His name was Nenad. He said don't you see I will help you in a minute don't you see I'm writing? I thought that was very rude and said yes I know what you're doing. As I walked away I said I will look for someone else to help me. He then proceeded to complain to the customer he was with. Another employee helped me his name was Jose and was very nice. On my way out I saw Nenad again and said to him I wished you had been nicer to me I found what I was looking for. He proceeded to tell me he was very nice to me. I said I don't think you heard yourself and you were very rude to me and he said he was not and he started to argue with me and to be rude to me again. I hope they will train this employee to not argue with customers and to be friendlier to customers. The store isn't good store unfortunately some employees need to be retrained on customer service.

Walked into the plumbing dept. asked Keith what size toilet supply line I would buy for my toilet. He laughed at me. I asked him did I say something funny? He said no then insulted me by stating “ see all the toilet lines? How would I know what size you need I told him I didn’t know that and thought they were all standard size for toilets. Just rude service and he’s always been that way every time I go into the Antelope HD I notice his lack of customer service to customers. He doesn’t enjoy his job and he shows it.

I wanted to buy a bag of chicken manure, but Agnes helped me buy a big box of magic fertilizer too.

This Home Depot Store seems to keep more in stock than other stores. The employees are more helpful and have better attitudes.

If looking for a value pack of extra large gloves you will need to go elsewhere they have none and don't really care

I live in Roseville but my Home Store is Antelope Road Home Depot. As compared to other branched, the staff here is so nice and caring that one never want to go to any other store. They go out of the way to help all customer to make sure the customer get everything he wants. I wish the all the best. Keep it Up.

I drove out of my way to get a new bbq grill for mother's day to this location. This guy (Jose) was super awesome. So informative. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Seemed dedicated to his job. I'd like someone like him working for me. You rock Jose!

We were shopping for a couple of items one was very easy to find, however the second one was a tour around the store, however we finally found it the sales associate even carried the item to the check out for us. Thanks you! We will be back!

Dave the cashier was super friendly and courteous and professional. All of the lady employees that I asked to help me, were more than willing and helpful. My shopping experience was top notch.

I was dreading going to Home Depot on a Sunday, but I was pleasantly surprised. They had a great indoor plant sale, the place was clean, & hardly any lines. My cashier, Trevor, was also friendly and fun.

I always look forward to going to this Home Depot because the staff is nice and friendly, especially Nicey! I love coming in and seeing her smiling face :)

antelope store is horrible

This home depot on antelope road most of employees seem like they're suspicious of everyone, assuming customers are trying to steal or scam the store somehow. They wouldn't let me exchange a $10 tape measure that broke, but seem to be ok with people walking out with hundreds of $ worth of merchandise.

Ordered 110 boxes of laminate flooring on-line. Delivery company showed up with 78 boxes. When questioned, they even said they though they only delivered 56 boxes. Talked to Home Deport cust Service / dispute dept. After 72 hours they said "all flooring WAS delivered." And we should file a dispute with credit card used. We fill definitely be doing that. Fraud.

I always have a good experience at this store. Friendly helpful staff. This store must have a very good management. I look forward to visiting .

I have lived in this area for 46 years, Senior citizen and wife of a disabled veteran. Have spent thousands at Antelope location as they are a mile away. In the past 6 months male employees seem to hide from customers, where females are helpful, walk you to the product and make me feel my business is appreciated. There is one exception and he is Justin in the paint department. Always greets you with a smile, happy to help and just an all around nice person. Because of lack of service from other male employees I either seek out a female or Justin. Justin will even help you in other departments then paint. If he is busy he will direct you to the product by aisle number and shelf location. Thank You Justin. You are why I still shop at Home Depot, I always need help and you are there for me.

I go to Home Depot with my Mom and at the register says I’ll get that stuff for you. Well the project took a different turn and I had some stuff I didn’t need. I get the receipt and go back to the store. My mom paid with her debit card. I wait for 15-20 minutes in line and when I get up there I’m told I can’t return the items without the debit card and matching ID present. So I said no biggie, you can return it to the original debit card or I can give you another one. Edith tells me no, she won’t do it. I know for a fact that I’ve returned something and had it go back on the original payment method. But ok, it’s a debit transaction, they got their money that night so give me the cash. Nope. Store credit? Nope. My only option was to drag my mom back to the store or keep the stuff I got a couple days ago that I don’t need. I asked for a manager and she said she’s the top manager and has worked here for years. But she didn’t know how to use the register? I sternly told her I’m not dragging around a 4x4x8 anymore so she has to take it back now. She said no but then a coworker became involved and agree to do that. Edith had to let them complete the transaction. So now I have a store credit that only I can use for an item bought with a debit card a few days ago. I have a hunch that’s illegal. She’s definitely barked up the wrong tree. I love writing letters and this won’t be dropped until it’s resolved the way I think it should be. Had a previous bad experience at another local store over a price adjustment. A pack of batteries was $5 less than the night before when I bought them. You would have sworn I was asking the lady for it out of her pocket. I don’t do a lot of returns and I’m always nice. I’ve owned and managed retail stores so I’m very familiar with both sides of the counter.

Today the store was loaded with Black Friday sales and It was Veterans day. As a veteran I appreciate that they accepted my driver license indication that I am a Viet Nam veteran. Initially the line was very long but an employee came to the line and used a wand which moved the line very quickly

We all know standing in line at the customer service desk is no fun. Returning items and the guy in front of you is à repeat offender of not having a recpt. Saying and doing anything he could to have the cashier take the bait. She remains calm, continues to process his store credit while the other associate is on the phone with a customer asking her to check other stores for the item she needs, even as the associate just told her Home Depot does not even sell the item she was looking for. Standing there amused, and wanting to tell the guy in front just shut up , I think, 2 days after Halloween and it's the holiday shopping season already! Home Depot festooned in trees and lights and everything merry! Thanks for being ready ,I'm sure not!

Went and purchased some stain on Sunday. Wasn’t greeted by anyone. After using self check since I didn’t see an open register with a human I proceeded to leave through the same door I came in. As I approached the door the same employee who didn’t greet me than asked if I had a receipt. I replied yes and if she would like to see it she can check the cameras. She than proceeded to follow me to the door and watch what vehicle I got into making me extremely uncomfortable.

Entering the store was happily surprised at being greeted by a team member. The cleanliness of the store was exceptionally good. The item we were looking for was easily located by a team member providing the correct location in the store. Renee at the self-checkout had the best attitude and friendliness for customer service. Even though I prefer to have someone assist at checkout, she was there to give guidance if I would have needed it. Overall a really good experience shopping there.
