Cara at the Home Depot (5859 Antelope Rd, Sacramento, CA) Appliance Dept, was exceptional! She found the dishwasher I was looking for, got it ordered, and scheduled the install quickly and efficiently and at Black-Friday pricing! She then helped me with an "on-demand Hot Water" system by scheduling an installer consult to come to my home to assess the needs for my home and price the entire project for me. I was done in what felt like a minute! Was great to get these 2 project underway without a hitch! Great job! Thank YOU! I will be back!

I’m in the store nearly every day and the staff is great, friendly and very helpful. Fazi is fantastic to work with. Cruz and Bill are very knowledgeable and friendly and get my orders in quickly.

Ron in Plumbing, was an excellent troubleshooter. He took a lot of time helping with complex plumbing issue.

We love this store, been shopping here since it opened. The staff tries hard to please, often going out of their way to help. The company frequently does not have enough product in stock, they have sent us to many other stores when they didn't have what we needed. But, they told us where it was available and called to make sure it was there.

This is a pleasant Home Depot store, the employees are helpful and know their inventory and it's location, plus the parking lot has shade trees to park under, car not too hot when you return.

This was the absolute worst customer experience of my life! I was basically called a liar and embarrassed in front of other employees and customers by the 'manager' Yvonne. NO WAY AM I EVER COMING BACK unless Yvonne no longer works at Home Depot. I know companies are struggling for employees, but this lady needs to go! Yvonne escalated the situation, raised her voice at me, and refused to take my return of a small refrigerator (not a major appliance) that I purchased the week before. I wanted to return it because I was smelling smoke in my garage. Yvonne told me that I was not allowed to return the item and that I would need to come back and speak to the manager if I wanted to return the item. I patiently waited, found online that it said I had 90 days (even though I am a HD credit card owner and my receipt said I had a year), and guess what...she had to take my return. She didn't even apologize or anything, just ignored me and walked away.

Every time i have gone to this store i have always gotten excellent service from all employees. All are knowledgeable and courteous. I have always been able to find what I'm looking for.

Get the homeless bum drug addicts out of the parking lot. Trim the mistletoe out of the landscape trees before it kills them all and makes you spend thousands of dollars on replanting and landscaping.

Fantastic experience on recommendations for multiple window coverings and excellent in-home consultation with shutter window covering manufacturing representative. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful and the entire breakdown of the total cost was very well explained. I'm so excited to have my new shutters installed and will definitely return for my future home improvement projects!

Garden cashier Melinda was so sweet in taking care of me.

Items were not properly stocked which led to a huge misunderstanding of the cost of the items that I was trying to purchase. The correct items were still wrapped on the pallet on the top shelf and required a fork lift to get them down which took upwards of 30min to retrieve, and the employees just left the pallet on the floor and didn’t open it up and get the items that I requested. I was passed along to multiple employees and was not provided personalized customer service. All in all I waited over 1 hour trying to figure out the pricing of this single bulk item that was not properly stocked and in the end left with the lesser quality item than what was being described to me throughout the process.

Just to everyone yes our world is very different to what was 40 years ago. Maybe we dont feel as valued as employees. Stay strong there is hope at end of tunnel.

This is a great HD.After going to 4 other stores hd had what I needed. I was treated kindly with respect and courtesy. There was helpful help in finding all I needed. I suggest this Home Depot to everyone .great staff ,great service surprisingly lower prices than exspected ,and, excellently stocked on literally everything. Very clean to.That is a must for me .

The customer service in this store is HORRIBLE! We just moved here from Elk Grove and have always had great experience with Home Depot until we came to this store. Now the first time I went in the store I thought it was just busy that is why I cant get help or even the correct help but upon further visits it seems like the norm for this store. I have had employees tell me they are out of something to later find it myself, or multiple employees tell me an item is on a multiple aisles, like try 2,3 and then 4! I asked an employee to help me locate it and was told she was doing something else and she could not assist me. I would rather shop at another store where the employees treat you with respect and professionalism!

Just moved to this area / into a new house and there are lots of things I need. I had been given a gift card by my realtor and this was my first visit here. I was looking for one odd-ball item, and the person I stopped in the aisle to ask not only figured out what I was seeking based on my weird description, but aimed me to the EXACT location. Then, I exited the store thru the garden center because I'd parked next to it and the cashier there was SUPERB. She was friendly without being inappropriate, commenting on the really low markdown price of one item, and helping me navigate the gift card process. I will go out of my way to consider this my HOME STORE going forward based on this first, excellent experience.
