I visit so often everyone knows me. Always kindly greeted at the door and asked if I need assistance. I know where everything is. I am always able to get what I need and get out quickly. I do sometimes go online to check about product availability before going and to get ideas about what I really need. Helps me go right to the product. But everyone is always helpful so I know I can stop and ask for help if I need it. Great store and location!

Most Associates were friendly and helpful. Paint department very knowledgeable. I did find that I was guided to a product that really was not what I wanted and needed to return to get correct. Otherwise the other paint products I got were good and guided to correct items by paint associate. Was not happy with an associate at the return counter. The associate that waited on me there was very friendly but the other one at the counter was not and had an attitude and frowned the who time. The attitude you run into like they think you are an idiot! I was only confused about the store credit on a card and the refund going to my credit card above the store credit card I used on my purchased. The associate that was waiting on me was very nice explaining it but, the other one kept interrupting her. When it comes to my money I want to know where and how it is being used and refunded. Just because I do not understand it unless explained does not mean I need to be treated as an idiot. I was/am seriously considering never going back. Except for the fact most employees are alway helpful, answer my questions, know where to direct me to what isle I need to go to for a product and help explain how to use an item and which one is best for what I need to use it for. You might want to consider using a secret shopper if you do not already do this.

The gentleman in the paint section was most helpful in selecting the brand, type, and color of paint to as closely match the picture I showed him as possible. He was very clear that unless he had a sample in his hand, it wouldn't be exact. I was fine with the options he provided and from which I chose my purchase. In addition, he was able to point me in the direction of the other materials I needed and helped in that selection also. Thanks.

The store layout is nice, and the associates are always willing to point me in the right direction or help me find what I need. I greatly appreciate the wifi inside that lets me look up project ideas or product info on my mobile.

The associate helped me but also took me to a more knowledgeable associate that found exactly what was wrong, got me the right parts and insured that I left the store with my problem fixed saving me time and aggravation.

The overall store experience was great, especially at the paint department. There were several people in front of me at the paint counter, but the associate took time for each of us and still got us what we needed quickly.

Antioch location is conveniently located and generally has good inventory of basic supplies. Sometimes its difficult finding an associate that is willing to assist or answer any questions. If am in need of more variety of a specific product, I will drive to another store further away for greater variety.

The employees were friendly and helpful and knew the products very well...they also offered suggestions in the product that I bought since it wasn't exactly what I needed (color wise) but they made suggestions and it worked out and the end result ended up being cheaper that I thought and worked out just fine....

I've been going to this store since it opened. I still comparison shop at Lowes,etc. and Home Depot wins out 90% of the time.

I always go to this Home Depot when I need anything for home projects. Rarely have I had to go elsewhere. Store associates are always helpful and friendly.

As a person with disabilities this store only has two disability carts . One is broken and the other is generally out or not charged. When it comes to getting assistance, wow the last two visits I waited on someone to help me take out the lumber that I purchased, I had to do it myself.

I Love coming to the Home Depot on Bell Road. The associates Are Friendly and helpful every time I Come to Shop

I will come back to this store because of one associate there, William. He was working in the tool rental department and i had a few questions about a lawn mower. Not only did he help me with that, but he gave me tips on other projects I am working on. He was very knowledgeable and made things easy to understand.

When I needed help, the associates were friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome with their smiles, greetings, and willingness to help me find what I needed. They, also, gave me excellent advice. I appreciate all of them.

The associate was knowledgeable of the product I was purchasing and very helpful and patient with me since I had my 1 year old son there. Kids can be a handful but I was able to purchase patio doors and storm door with the help of the associate. Thanks!

Great staff and able to find everything I need without feeling lost

I was very please with the young guy that sold me & my grandson my mower. He was very helpful in showing my grandson how to assemble & use the mower, weed eater, blower, etc. He talked directly to my 11 yr old grandson (since he would be the one doing the assembly & yard work) and treated him like an adult & not a kid. My grandson is not your typical 11 yr old. He is more on the level of high school in understanding these things. My late husband (his grandfather) taught him well. And your store associate could tell he was understanding exactly what he was saying. I neglected to get your store associates name, but I was there on 6/11/2015 at 4:25 pm, so the young guy working in mowers that day & time deserves praise. My grandson was able to assemble & use the equipment thanks to your employee's help.

I had made a purchase at a different store and just did a return to this Home Depot and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and orderly the store was and the availability of store associates. It was really quick and painless and the clerks were all very knowledgeable and friendly.

Associates are never available. From the time you enter the store you will be own your own. After 30 minutes of waiting for someone to help load, cashier said she got sidetracked and forgot to call for help. Therefore, my husband with a heart condition and in his 70's and I struggled , but loaded 4 bags of concrete and decking materials by our self. I must mention that not one person checked out at the pro desk after us.
