Excellent customer service in the Garden section by the cashier her name was Maricela very nice, friendly and knowledgeable I will definitely go back to this store even though I have a store closer to my home just because the customer service was amazing. I will definitely recommend this location to my family and friends,

My icemaker broke on my refrigerator. Since I am a lady, and have never fixed an appliance before, I went to Home Depot with a picture of the leak in the tube on the back of the fridge. If the gentleman there by the name of Terrence was able to show me the parts I needed and explain how I could easily fix it myself saving me a service repair a call that would cost around $150. And it only cost me eight dollars.

I purchased a new dryer from the Apopka Florida store today. The sales associate that helped me with the purchase was so helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the different products and made the experience easy. A big thank you to Phyllis in the appliance department. She is the type of employee you keep and recognized. The quality and service is "there" for any home improvement or contractor. They have everything needed, including the expertise to make your home projects a success.

Denise and Sherri were ROCK STARS helping us out with our sod purchase. There was a wonderful gentleman who guided the forklift as well; I wish I grabbed his name so I could thank him as well. Fantastic experience (and the sod still lives!!).

STORE IS NOT KEEPING THE ITEMS WELL STOCKED AND THIS IS LEADING CLIENTS TO HAVE TO RIDE 10 MILES TO ANOTHER STORE.

Store needs benches throughout store for older people or disabled people to sit down on. I have tried for years to get stores to do this for me,I am disabled veteran, I am elderly. That would make me happy and it would also make a lot of other people happy including my wife who has pushed this complaint for years. See if that can happen . Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to give you a review.

Since it was a short time after the Hurricane, supplies were limited in certain departments. I found everything I needed.(and more)

In every deoartment employees were patient, friendly and eager to assist. This was especially appreciated during this stressful time of hurricane preparations.

I was looking at ladders and had found the one... at that moment an employee brought me a cart and helped me load the ladder. Ask me if I needed anything else and then ask to cash me out. His name is on the receipt: George and he worked in the Pro Section. WOW !!! Awesome Service.
