Dave helped me get the exact color after four tries with Sherman Williams through my contractor and three other tries. I first had an employee help me that got a color that really wasn't the match and I tried to eyeball a couple swatches that were closer, but Dave convinced me that he could do better and get the exact match so I gave it one last try and was really happy that it was the exact match that I needed! I was starting to believe that it was just too hard of a color, but Home Depot helped me pull it off and that has save me a lot of labor on my brand new home that I did not have a color match too. Now I have the color match and I can touch up whenever I have things to cover. Dave in the Home Depot paint section really helped save me lots of time and work getting a color match exact!

Specifically says $2.48 for pack of 12 in left hand bottom of sign Nobody should pay $29.76 for 12 of these small flags. The employees were like robots and don’t care if customers return. Just absolutely shameful.

I have been doing a "make over" on the home and found the good folks very helpful in advising what to do and guidance on products to use.

My new kitchen tile love ❤️ it ! I go to Home Depot Apple Valley because every time I go I learn something new Home Depot is offering. Discounts, financing or they go out of their way to find out where I can find it in stock. Positive attitude not like some other places where employees are not happy to be at work.

Got a manual lid trashcan. Was going to get at store, but it might have taken 3 days. Decided to get home delivery instead. Went home, ordered online, and it was delivered to my home by 5 p.m.

One of the better Home Depot stores, maybe I'm just more familiar with it, pleasant place

GOT A WONDERFUL YOUNG LADY TO HELP ME!

Why is HOME DEPOT allowing people to sell food in the parking lot out of their trunk? Is it a liability to Home Depot if someone get sick from Food Poisoning, Botcholism? I asked the lady for her Business License, Sellers Permit, Food Service Health Certificate. She was not happy with me!

I am always able to find what I need or something comparable in store. The store members are always willing to help me.

Everything is great except the new register locations. The whole checkout process now is so cumbersome for customers with shopping carts but even worse for the PRO or contractors with large items on large carts. Bad move.

I am handicapped with an amputated leg. Although you did have electric carts, that worked, all of them should be replaced. Some are very hard to use or react strangely.

Good Home Depot to visit. They usually have what I need, staff is responsive and I can usually fine someone when I need them.

I liveed in Glendora and in Rancho Cucamonga before recently buying a house here in Apple Valley. I noticed the vast difference in customer service here in Apple Valley vs down the hill. In Glendora and RC, you’d have try to get assistance by asking for help from any employee just to hear that that isn’t their dept. Here in Apple Valley, employees came up to me to help me!! They went the extra mile for me. I was pleasantly surprised!! Having bought a house, I go there alot! Thank you to your employees!!

This store has a lot of the products we use in remodeling and they are always on hand ready to purchase. The employees at this store are always helpful and greet you with a smile. Thank you for all your hard work and God bless you.

The employees are very helpful and try to help you with your project needs. I have always gotten any issues resolved by the managers. I would recommend this store to others.

We were not told the refrigerator we purchased was not in stock. We purchased it on Friday was told that they would deliver it on Monday. Monday came finally got some information was told they would deliver it Wednesday Wednesday. We find an email saying that it’s not gonna deliver today no phone calls not even once about any of these delivery dates now my husband called and was told it might be Friday. This is an acceptable. You should be able to tell a person when their product is going to be delivered if you’re not gonna get it in till a set date and you’re not sure the exact date instead of promising the customer Monday, Wednesday Friday why don’t you just be honest and tell them we will shoot for the following Wednesday? That’s more Honest

Things that I recently bought and had delivered they did not show up on the date they were supposed to be delivered they came a few days later not telling me they were being delivered and found them sitting there ready for anybody to take because nobody bothered to make me aware of it
