Went to get add on room supplies, extremely happy with customer service.

I was there today and the service was excellent. The salesperson met me at my destination and was very helpful in selecting my specific item.

It was a Saturday, the store was very busy, there was no shortage of helpful employees, shelves were full we found everything we were looking for thank you Damien.

I bought the potting soil this afternoon and have planted every thing I wanted to before dinner.

When employees attend you with a smile and good attitude can’t beat it 10/10

I ask a Home Depot worker where would I find a certain item, she got on the phone shown it to me and what aisle number. She was great on helping me.

I get it we are in a pandemic... but the struggle of finding someone to help starts much earlier then the pandemic. The staff is usually nowhere to be found. The checkout staff is often rude. I don’t know, I like HomeDepot better then other home improvement stores, but this location lacks customer service.

Jessica and jay and lonnie went above and beyound to find a tool that was located in a high place and needed to bring down pallet they worked hard together to get us the tool

Ask two employees to either page the person in charge of aisle 12 for service , one promised he would be there no show , the other to page someone for help no go, but a employee by the Name of Damien helped and Apologized for the other employees and was surprised I had to wait a half and hour for a 2 min job. As I left , I can here him asking other people if they needed help , as I was checking out I saw the first employee who said he was going to help me talking to two females who were doing nothing but standing around talking who couldn't even say thank you for shopping at Home Depot. Stop hiring children to work at adult stores and give that guy Damien a raise and a promotion hopefully he can clean up that customer service

I always have a good experience at this store but the associate Mariah went above and beyond today.

The employees are very friendly and helpful at this Apple Valley HD, especially Sandra the cashier and Jaime & Megan in Halloween decorations. Sandra always greets us so happy and friendly every time we come in. That's an awesome feeling!!!

One of the best things about shopping here is that, if you shop online and make a list of items you need, the item description includes exactly where it is in the store! (Isle and bay #) so it is super easy to find what you need quickly. The online and store inventory (so far) has been pretty accurate, so if I make a trip to the store, I know it is in stock ! Also, there are quite a few nice shade trees to park under, if you get lucky. Although most times we can find an employee to help, it lost a star because sometimes it is difficult to find help, and we did have an issue with an install once.

This Home Depot goes above and beyond to make your shopping experience successful. Let's face it, some home projects are not always fun, but when you have a home improvement store like the Home Depot in Apple Valley who is filled with knowledgeable people, these jobs can become so much less stressful! We have purchased our granite countertops, wood flooring, our carpet, all of our appliances, our swamp cooler for our roof, our garage door and many other items from this store. My husband's favorite purchase (LOL) is when we decided to build our 2 sided picket fence out of redwood pickets. This project ended up being over 1,000 pickets (each one stained by hand with two coats), 2 gates (hand-made by us), 35-4"x4"s, each of which required a 2 ft. hole and cement, and many 2"x4" which held the pickets and attached to the 4"x4"s. The Home Depot staff in lumber knew my husband well and were ALWAYS willing to bring out pallet after pallet of redwood pickets for him to go through to choose the perfect pickets for our fence. This took us almost 2 years! And, I would never do it again, but thank you Home Depot Staff in Apple Valley! We have had a couple of issues, but Home Depot in Apple Valley took care of them for us. Twice, after 11 years (12 year warranty with GE) our hot water heater went out and we got it replaced for free from Home Depot Apple Valley. They have a great team who are always happy and willing to help.
