One of my 4x6x10 were delivered cracked in multiple areas. I paid for delivery because I have no way of picking these items up. This sucks😥

I needed a new refrigerator and the sales person was awesome and such a great help.

The Millwork associates are amazing a gentleman name Brennan really help me out and answered to all my questions.

A young man working in the garden shop looked up the product that I described and directed me to the aisle. Two other employees there helped me select the one most appropriate for my home. They all were professional and friendly. They saved me alot of time. Thank you all.

Terry from kitchen equipment went above and beyond to help me purchase a dishwasher. He took the time to show me the options, printed it for me, set me up with the measurement folks to come out, suggested different colors for me, was very patient and always smiling. The employees at this location definitely have great customer service skills. I was asked for assistance by several employees and even was escorted to the isle and product I was looking for . Definitely will be back to this location.

I came in to look at lawn mowers but there were no aprons in the floor. I went outside to look for aprons didn’t find any. I found a young lady with a yellow vest. I think here name is Theresa. She was willing to help me and even sold me on one. And to top it all off she helped me load my pickup. I had just had arm surgery or else I would have loaded my truck myself. Everyone was very friendly including Mindy my cashier.

I tried another route to get the portable generator bought and delivered to our home. That did not go well. So instead I went to this local Home Depot and Shay helped me order the unit I wanted and when it arrived, Shay did a great job of coordinating getting the unit (230#) pulled up front and getting it loaded on my trailer. Everyone involved were very helpful and provided great service.

Anything for my house they have. Good hours. Easy in and out. Just wish the guy selling Brats, dogs, etc was still outside firing up his smoker!

The quality of your plywood is crap. Really, if that all your suppliers can get you you need to find someone else. I had leftover ply I bought from you a few years ago that cut like butter the other day and the product currently on your shelves is a disgrace. Delaminated plys, tear out along every cut with a new blade and a zero clearance insert, and voids. I understand you don't cater to woodworkers but no one will want to build anything out of the trash you're currently selling. Do better.

I always get great service at this Home Depot. Any employee is always willing to help find items.

I finally decided to repair the mailbox post and went to the Arlington Home Depot to get a 4x4. I made to the lumber area and the young man didn’t look too interested in helping me but I think he was the only one working in that area so it was obvious that he had to assist even though reluctant he cut the board to my measurements and I decided to end my shopping and get the other things another day.

We purchased a dryer for our home and we had a great experience. The people at the store as well as the two delivery gentlemen were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the Arlington I-20 Home Depot. I have been coming there for many projects over the years and it is always a great customer service experience. Thank you!

Several staff members went out of their way to assist me in many aspects of my visit. They took their time to call other stores to help me find exactly what I needed, all with a friendly smile on their faces! I could not have asked for better customer service.

This store is simply awful and has been for many years. Helpful employees are in short supply here. The aisles are clogged with everything from ladders and stairs to pulled orders and merchandise displays (in the actual aisle). Items are frequently mis-located (especially in the plumbing and electrical sections). Too much wrong with this store to list. Clearly, no one who works here cares. I would give zero stars if possible.

She will not listen to you when you show her tax exempt she ignores scanning it processes everything with taxes and then if you just in the off chance open a soda or Pringles she will judge you and ask questions that aren't her business when you are buying it.

I bought LG range and LG fridge

I came in to purchase yard items, cleaning items and whatever else. There were plenty of people working in the store but no one actually working in the store. There were more people grouped up talking, and on their cell phone sharing information then working.

They always find what we are looking for, even if it has to be ordered. The best customer service.

Continues to block aisles with people putting large items together. Hard to navigate especially when I'm partially disabled. Aisles need to be cleared.
