Be certain your home is equipped for fall temperatures by replacing or repairing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. On the outside of your home, inspect shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that may let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear and functional to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If water gets inside the crevices, you could be dealing with damage.

Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

Stop by our Kids Workshop to encourage future builders and craftspeople! Introduce your children to the joys of building with this dump truck. Constructing a brightly colored toy is a great way to sharpen fine motor skills, creativity, and listening abilities. This cute kids' project is happening on November 7th, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
