I had to wait approximately 15 minutes each time to get help from associates in two different departments; floor and tile and doors (for base molding). Once available, the associates were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their specific product lines. The only issue was having to wait so long to get help.

Melissa, Doug, Mike and one other person whom I did not get his name were all very helpful and knowledgeable in the area of garage doors and openers.

Lady who helped (even though not her dept) was professional, friendly, and pleasant! Don't rememberher name but she inquired about a recent cut on my cheek (so she will know she is the one by cut)!Always have a pleasant expeerience at this Home Depot! Great employees, always willing to help!

My experience at Home Depot was one of the most enjoyable experience of my life next to my daughter Abby being born. We found everything we needed and even saw new things that we will be sure to come back and get next time. Everyone was very kind and had smiling faces. My daughter is already making a scrapbook of our experience of the store. We will be back soon!!

Associates and cashier were helpful and patient. But store organization at some places was little off and need clear signs.

I have been into this store several times over the period of past 2 months. During which time I have really taken a liking to Home Depot. The store is clean, the staff is approachable and eager to help, and it is easy to find everything I need.

A small and understaffed store. I was hobbling around in a leg cast trying to find a specific type of dimmer. Two associates tried but couldn't find it while I was hobbling around following them. When to Customer Service to order one online and the associate there knew what it was and where it was. Dhyan took me right to it. She was fantastic to work with. Funny, friendly and smart. I hope she gets a raise.

First of all, thank you for the Veterans discount! Secondly, I want to give a big shout out of thanks to store assistant manager Dhyan, store associates Mike and William. All were extremely patient, helpful, cheerful and more than willing to assist me in helping locating parts for my bathroom over hall!

I frequent this Home Depot at least weekly. While a little smaller than the average Home Depot, the store is usually well stocked and the staff has always been exceptionally helpful.

Coming from Mcelan, VA specifically Merryfield Home Depot, I am so excited about this one! What a complete difference with personnel....competent, helpful, thorough and can we say NICE?? They tend to always have a smile and great personality but more importantly just love the knowledge that exists with the staff. I have been here so many times without dreading the visit anymore... THEY ARE AWESOME!

Stopped by the store on a whim to find a product for our backyard - found multiple product formats, and with the associate's help located an affordable size of the product. The store was busy, but the associates were courteous and focused on my questionss

Found everything I needed for a paint job with no trouble. Checked out with Cecilia who was very friendly and professional.

The Sales Associate in the Garden Dept was exception. She answered my questions and sought help from others for points she didn't know. She took the time to provide suggestions and ideas for my paver project. She also volunteered along w/ other sales associates to load my car w/ all 96 pavers. Couldn't ask for better ask for better service.

Buying in Home Depot is really an enjoyable experience . We find the products we look for and Associates are always helpful in finding a suitable product when we have a question . The product availability sometimes betters our options . Home Depot is a Prize to the US .
