The services provided from this store has been getting better and better from the past many years when it just started the business. I have lived in Ashburn Va 20147 for more than 20 years and I have experienced the changes happened, especially the associates are getting more friendly to the minorities.

This store is great. I go there first cause I know I am going to find everything I am looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is stacked neatly on the shelves. It’s easy to find stuff and the staff is always there for support.

John is the best associate at the store. So kind and patient despite the wide range of questions. He has an incredible wealth of knowledge and willing to break down in simple terms for those that do not understand.

Really bad service. The cashier was extremely rude. They give you the run around and make you wait 45 minutes to make a return. Do not buy appliances from them online. They have an awful return policy.

This Home Depot is one of the finest stores in Ashburn Area

The Ashburn Home Depot store is frequently visited for my many DIY projects. The staff is a great attraction for their knowledge in the different departments. When arriving to obtain parts and materials for projects I am always confident that sales associates will be available for assistance. The department associates have great experience in their product areas. They are very patient working with customers, helping them find everything that they need and understanding how to install the products. Especially commend Keith in flooring, George in tools, Howard in electrical and Leigh Ann in customer service.

I always appreciate the courtesy of Home Depot employees. They are always available and helpful. During these days all employees wear masks, hand sanitizers and wipes are available. I appreciate. Thank you

I visit this location frequently and find it to be organized and clean. I did book on-line to have a flooring estimate performed. The service is well worth the $35 surcharge, as it's applied to your purchase once you order carpet or flooring. However, I did not received the 'promised' call the morning of my scheduled appointment; yet, received numerous reminders via email, with not means to confirm. The tech failed to notify me. I took off work - and eventually called the main number to find out when my window would be assigned. I was told 1-3 pm. This was acceptable, although the customer service rep was actually combative during my inquiry - as if there was blame to be placed, vs. taking accountability for the mishap (clearly on the part of the tech). You're one company, one team - a simple....we apologize for the mistake....would have left me more confident in my decision to move forward. When I was called back by the same customer service agent, she made me aware that the call would be recorded. All of a sudden, her demeanor was professional. Your a large chain - I can't image that everyone customer wouldn't be a valued one.

Today we went to Home Deport to buy a large purchase a refrigerator. The Home Depot employee Joann Lee was extremely helpful. We felt that she was doing the best for us. We left making the purchase and feeling good about it.

Very friendly atmosphere and great service

Not returning. This store has weak management. Associates not wearing their mask properly and not social distancing, which is what customers are expected to do. There are entirely too many associates walking around aimlessly. One example, the paint department only had two people working. There were various employees roaming around doing nothing that could have easily helped. Recommend going somewhere where you are valued as a customer and shown respect.

This store is well located in Ashburn, closed to future metro station. Place is neat and clean , staff is very helpful and friendly, they always there asking you questions If you need assistance , I purchase a nice grill from this location and they help me choose the right product. they also help me load the grill on a rental truck that they lease at that location, overall I was very happy with the purchase and service, I would recommend this store to anyone.
