The store has a large selection of items . I was looking for a furnace filter and and other than the size I needed, I didn't know what to get. The employee who was working in that aisle was very helpful and helped me know just what I needed.

I would like to say I’ve lived out here now for 6yrs and very happy w the HD in the Ashland area and will continue to shop it for all my needs. Thank you for being friendly and understanding when I don’t understand things, your employees take the time to help and explain things to me. Also my cashier Luanne was very personable and great customer service.

We were looking for shower fixtures and an employee asked if we needed help which of course we did. He wasn't able to answer our questions but he summoned another employee that could help us. Also, Nicole F was so very helpful when we were checking out. We had a good experience. Thank you.

Store is well displayed, peopled with friendly helpful employees. Top brand names and priced well for those of us who are are not contractors. I always feel satisfied with my shopping experience at a Home Depot.

Good visit, was helped by two associates. Sometimes hard to find the "small stuff" in hardware.

Associate helpful in vinyl flooring purchase. Loaded cart and another associate loaded into our truck. Very helpful.

On this visit I purchased very large shelving unit for heavy storage. i requested a person to help load the nearly 200 lb rack and was greeted by not one but 2 individuals that took over the loading process. to me it seems hard to find dedicated and professional help. Truly not the case at this facility. All involved in the purchase ensured that my visit was simple and most of pleasant. NICE JOB Ashland Home Depot !
