Great failure of leadership and followup by this manager. Seems he could care less about a customer in need of resolution.

I am a grandma and was looking for a specific tool for a Christmas present for my grandson and a young man( employee) took the time to help me get it ordered and I have already received it in the mail. He was very nice.

Whenever I have to go to a hardware store I’m always going to need help! Home Depot never fails me!! The employees at the Ashland, Ohio store are the best!

Both employees with whom we were working very very competent and thoughtful in regard to helping us get what we needed.

We have always had good experiences when shopping at this store. Always a large selection of items to choose from and the staff go above and beyond! Since February of 2025, we have been doing a large home renovation project at our home. We have worked extensively over the past few months with various staff; particularly in the flooring department. We have had exceptional service, but one in particular has been very helpful. Chloe in flooring has been there from the start of our flooring journey. She has gone above and beyond to help us with the project and work through snags and obstacles. We greatly appreciate her service and commitment as well as her cheerfulness. She is a delight to work with.

I always get what I need and any questions I have get answered. They have som experienced workers who know how to do any job I have

We live in a smaller community and the local store seems to be out of stock more than other area Home Depots. It is not a huge deal as there are other, larger Home Depot stores within a reasonable distance that almost always have what I am after.

I have had many great experiences at Ashland OH Home Depot. There are friendly helpful people and they always have what I need in stock.

Elyria store is closer so I went there for a new dishwasher. Three employees involved in chatting, offered to help me but kept chatting. I then asked for help but they really weren't interested. I drove to ashland, an hour away. I didn't even get to the appliance department. Chris greeted me at the door. Mikayla and Trevor sold me the dishwasher I wanted from the window department. Very friendly store. Very helpful store. Worth the drive!!

Love shopping at the Home Depot, we find new reasons and new products each trip. Highly recommend the Ashland, Ohio Home Depot store.

Dave Wright recommended an item to add for the project. Perfect, post spear made the mailbox install so much easier. Worth the extra cost.

Awful selection go somewhere else

I started to write a review about some power tools purchased and are very pleased with the brushless I've added. But this review is about the people who work there, I can honestly say they are all on the same mission. I highly recommend the Ashland Ohio Home Depot, they set the bar high.

I recently invested over $10,000 on a kitchen remodel at this Home Depot, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my very first interaction with Steve in the appliance section to my final discussions with Harold and Travis (or Trevor), the customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. Every team member, from the store manager, Jeff, to the folks at the customer service desk up front, were incredibly professional, proactive, and went above and beyond to address any challenges with delivery. Their communication was clear and consistent, and they always made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience—highly recommend!!

Went in to buy several cases of flooring but they did not have the amount I needed in stock. No worries the young lady ordered the amount I needed and they had fast delivery to my home at no charge.

I like the Ashland store alot! With that being said all the floor displays in the main isles and secondary Isle is absolutely frustrating and trashy. There is no need, if the item is on sale then put the sale where the item is suppose to be. These cardboard floor displays for everything just looks super junky and crowded.

I had a GE Refrigerator delivered/installed. (1) The installers were not outright malicious, however, they did not use near enough caution, and they scratched my front door while removing the old fridge. (2) The installers watched a YouTube video (while on-sight) about how to install the ice maker in the freezer. (3) The hose inside the freezer bringing water to the ice maker has a kink in it... only time will tell if water is actually getting to the ice maker. (4) Home Depot "required" us to buy a new braided water line, the installers didn't even use it (they used my existing line), and then they took it with them when they left. (5) I called them 10 minutes after they left to say I paid for that line and need to return it. (6) The shrink-wrap plastic that protects the stainless steel surface was poorly removed. I spent an hour finishing the job. (7) I also had to finish putting trays/drawers in place. They left the ones inside the fridge still with shipping protection (ie - styrofoam & tape) on them. While these two guys were indeed friendly, this was the worst "installation experience" I've ever had.

I was about 50 miles from home and needed to pick up a few things. So I stopped at this location. It was very clean, organized and well stocked.

Never using the Home Depot credit card again!! Started charging me interest on a 18 month interest free purchase.
