Employees would rather gossip than help customers. inexcusable.

This store is always clean, neat and the shelves are always stocked. The employees are always smiling and seem to really enjoy working there.

Everytime I walk into this store I am amazed with the customer service. Everyone is so nice and willing to help.

I bought an egg grille. The cashier had a called for help. Two lot personnel walked by us and ask if help had been called. We said yes both time. The said they would be back to help but never did. Finally after my son and I struggle to get in back of my truck another guy came out and said oh you got it loaded. I was not very pleased. This is the first time that this has happened. The people inside the store was great.

I had been looking for a pole saw for weeks. Wasn't any on the self still. Russ took the time to check the stock for me. It showed 3 in-stock. He found them gave me one and put the rest on the shelf. Thanks Russ, your awesome!

Store has dos t professional staff from the greeter to the clerks. Vickie at service was outstanding, and did what needed to be done. William and Angela were great in appliances and got me set up with a recall, and ordered a new washer.

This store consistently performs above the norm. The folks in appliances William and Angela are top notch and I take their advice, and suggestions when purchasing appliances. The service folks "Vickie" were great and worked to make sure the price and details were perfect.

Overall store condition very good...service excellent .

Look for Amy in the appliance dept she answered all our questions and was a general pleasure in our shopping experience

I was looking for an affordable self-propelled mower and the staff was very helpful. I ended up choosing a reconditioned Toro. got a great machine at a great price. They even checked it out to make sure it worked properly before I took it home and offered to help load it . I cant say enough about how great my experience was and will definitely shop there again. I highly recommend this store for all your home improvement needs.

Always friendly staff from the time you walk in the door until you leave! They even helped load my truck! The food stand is definitely a plus too!

Harry in garden was outstanding! I always look for him when I need help in garden. You need more cashiers and help in the front of the store.

I would commend two instances in the store. One was the unexpectedly and extraordinarily helpful advice by a sales associate, who I have commended separately. Another was the prompt action of your sales manager who intervened at exactly the right moment when I was about to lose my patience (hours before a hurricane hit our poor town, and, as it turned out, toppled a great, ancient live oak on part of my home). Natural disasters are inevitable, unfortunately, but the generous actions of individuals are not, and therefore something to be appreciated.

I cannot say enough good things about this Home Depot location. Dave and Eugenia really made our shopping experience the absolute best. We walked out of the store feeling good on the products we purchased and the employees that we encountered. We have shopped at almost all of the Home Depot's in Jacksonville, and this is by far the best we have been to. We are proud to say that we are Home Depot customers and will continue to be in the future.
