I had a great experience with my delivery today. Could not have gone smoother. Delivery was on time and I was kelp up to date with the expected arrival time. The 2 delivery men were kind, professional and got the set up of new and removal of old done quickly.

Employees do you have employees. No cashiers no help you need to play hide and seek and when you finally get someone they are deer in the headlights. Maybe it’s just the time of day but 7:30pm seems like the place was still open

I had an unusual lumber request. I was helped by Taylor at the Pro desk, the Manager Ricardo who approved the request, and Hong in the lumber Dept. I greatly appreciated all their assistance.

I was at Home depot Auburn today. I bought a storm door. When I asked the 2 employees at the window and door desk, where I would find said doors I was directed 1 isle over. They went back to their personal conversation. Neither bothered to help me. I found the door and struggled to get it on the rolling cart, but I finally managed. When I checked out, I asked the cashier to request assistance for me to get it in my truck. His call was ignored. A stranger in the parking lot helped me.

I came in with my Uncle Marky to get some lumber for Breens, and I was waiting patiently I got a Red Bull.

Marissa helped me buy a dryer. Very friendly and helpful.

Nate at customer service was the worst one I have run into

Kevin at the Auburn, Ma store in the paint dept was very helpful explaining what needed to be done about repainting my deck. I was ready to buy the paint when he noticed tinting was not added. Explained a color need to be added. I had no clue, I just picked up two gallon. He saved me big time. Also recommended primer. So thankful for his help!

Conner Austin has transferred from the Springfield area. Be very happy you have him. He was outstanding. I stood at the blocks and "yelled" help (not very loudly but he heard). He was just coming on duty and came right over and loaded the blocks on the cart then my truck! He's the best!!!

Dave was most helpful to load 4 60 pound bags of mortar. At 84, this is getting out of my range.

After visiting 2 other stores to match a composite decking sample we finally solved our issue in Auburn Home Depot. The hands on approach and thoroughness by the lady at the Prodesk was excellent. Thanks very much for the help and professionalism.
