One of Home Depot great stores, great leadership very responsive and organized.

They have young ones working on the store that have no clue of what they are looking for and they all time having to look on there hand held to figure out where the items is located at

Teri in appliances is the best! Quick, knowledgeable service and just an all around great experience at this store! I’ll never go to another home store!!!

Things at our local HomeDepot are improving from service to stock! You can find most anything you need for every home owners needs. Highly recomended!

The Opelika Home Depot sales associates go over and above being friendly, courteous, and really helpful. They don't just tell you where a product can be found, they actually take you right to it. The store is clean, neat, well-stocked. I prefer it even though there are other stores nearby where I could find the same or similar products.

I love to come into Home Depot. Brandy in Tool Rental helped me today. Now when I go in I will be sure to find her so she can help me find the things I need. She is very knowledgeable about a lot of products and is very friendly.

Home Depot is great a lot better then Lowe’s it’s always a pain to check out

Store did not have anyone to help on purchase of what I was needing. Did go to Lowe’s and made purchase. In the last 2 weeks I have been in store no salesperson offered any help only at check out self service person offered I told I would try Lowe’s. Store was stocked and clean.

Mindy, the store manager runs a tight ship there in Tiger Town. She’s a can do type person with a sweet smile. Thankful for Cassandra in tool retail/repair who stepped up to help me.

I do like the store. The employees there are nice and helpful, but the customer service manager is extremely rude and she talked to me like I had no clue what I was talking about. When I was just wanting to order something small. When I asked to speak to the manager I was informed she was the manager and I had to deal with her.

All employee is kind and looks like my next neighbor, explain when I ask.

Cynthia made my shopping trip for home projects a lot easier than other home improvement stores. She was a Pleasure to do business with
