Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check the availability of the kits.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Gift cards to The Home Depot are a popular choice for any special occasion or during the holiday season. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to receive and to give. If you receive a gift card, you can visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Does The Home Depot Avon/Vail offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. We will bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.

Ripping off Veterans.

Won’t give veterans discount even though I have the stamp on my government issued drivers license. Making Vets prove themselves to the corporate overlords or just trying to rip them off and create an extra hassle. I’ll shop with Ace.

Keith and His Stellar Customer Service

Keith, the forklift driver, was completely amazing and helpful. It was apparent that he was busy, but every time he saw me looking like a lost puppy, he stopped and helped. Five stars for Keith, he went above and beyond!!!!

Worst experience

I'm so disappointed with the care of the orders that I placed in the last two years. All of them had mistakes that cost me time and a nightmare of phone calls to solve the problem. This situation is very different with others Home Depot Stores . I had been shopping in a Home Depot of another state for items regarding my vacation home and the experience wa s completely different, opposite 100%. I don't know who is responsible

Couldn’t get help

We asked 4 employees to help us and they kept announcing that we needed help on the intercoms but no one came. After a hour of wanting to get a tool out of the locked tool department we had to give up and get a cheaper version that wasn’t locked up and almost decided to leave with nothing
