Visited this store to purchase additional of a clearance item I purchased at another store. The associate in the paint department was extremely helpful. The item was not on the sales floor, but above, which he had to pull down. There was however, a price difference between the stores, but he said he would adjust the price to the other store. I agreed to purchase the remaining inventory. He rang it up and called for a manager approval. The manager arrived about 10 minutes later. After explaining the issue (showing her the sales receipt from the other store), the manager refused to match the price on these items. There was no reasoning with her, no attempt from her to consult another manager. She really didn't care if I walked out as an unhappy customer. I did give this three stars because of the helpfulness of the initial associate assisting me, which I give five stars. But I needed to average it out with the negative five stars I'm giving the manager.

i am a long time customer to this store and I always find everything that I need.The staff are always willing nad helpfull in every way.

I shop at the Avon MA store all the time. I enjoy going there because my experience is always an enjoyable one. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. I recently bought some shades for my windows and when we went to put them up I had measured them wrong so they needed to be recut. I couldnt find my receipt so I called the Avon MA Store and was told to bring them into the service desk and they would have it taken care of. Sure enough I went to the service desk and they called someone to the service desk they came and we went to the shade dept and they recut the shades. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I think next time i will have someone else measure the windows though? Thank you home depot for making my life easier!

In an out in 3 minutes ( 2 minutes after closing!!). Associate was waiting for me at the register.

The cashier was so friendly and polite that I felt compelled to mention her exemplary service in this review. I left the store with a smile and the intent bring her wonderful work ethic to the attention of Home Depot. I hope she is recognized for her efforts to please customers.

Jackie was above and beyond in service. No part of my visit was overwhelming. She made great recommendations and when I expressed interest, she searched for the item while I waited at the counter!

As a contractor, I shop at all times of the day. Most times, the knowledgable and helpful staff is available, but most times, staffing seems inadequate. Some departments lietrally "shut down" in the evening, so it's impossible to get a window blind cut to size, or order a custom door or window.

If you can't find what you need you only need to ask. If that employee can't help they find someone who can.

Not only do they welcome my dog when she's with me, but the associates are always friendly when I visit. Chris in lumber helped me out by cutting down nine 2x4s without hesitation and it saved me hours for my project. I'll definitely be visiting again!!!

We really enjoy bringing our puppy with us when we go shopping. The associates in the store were very nice, really like the shopping experience at HD.

I am old and my electrical knowledge only relates to change bulbs. During my visit to buy a new ceiling fan for my kitchen had me close to a nervous brake down. However the associates in this store made me feel as confident as a contractor. I love the store and will come back any time I need any thing for the house. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had a great experience today at the Avon store. I pretty much knew what I needed, but it was nice that several associates stopped and asked me if I needed anything even though it was clear that they were busy doing inventory. But the really excellent part was Marie at check out. She was very nice and gave me the deal of a lifetime. She said that if I signed up for the Home Depot credit card I could get $25 off. Since I was only spending $66 that is a 37% discount when normally opening a card only gets you 5-10%. Overall she was very kind, helpful and I really appreciated her letting me know how to save a little.

No problem finding what I need in HD in Avon. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Cashiers are great - especially Marie.

I have really enjoyed shopping at your Garden Center during this spring and Summer season. Great plant selection, kept healthy and you have hadvavverybgoodvselectionnof premium products at very competitive prices. One visits where I couldn't locate an item there was always nearby a ready and willing associate to help me out. Many of them have good plant and product knowledge. A ais I consiiderbmyseilf an accomplished gardener. Kerr doing what you a,re doing and you will retain and grow your customer base as well as sell a lot of product. Had a great experience today with exceptional customer service with Cheryl as well as another Customer service rep. Found my clients order sent a message to distribution to pick it, gave me an exact window of time when it would be ready. I called contractor sales who quickly confirmed order was ready and when I came back had it loaded by an ace in minutes. The team work at Home Depot helped me finish up my day in a timely manner and got me home. Thank you.

Every time I've gone to this store the associates are available to help with any questions that I my have. couldn't say the same for the availability of cashiers.

I was not sure of the names of the items i needed, but the first associate that saw i seemed lost. Was very nice and courteous and helped me find all of the items on my list. The cashier Lorraine helped me as well as I was not aware of the benefits of having the Home Depot credit card.

Called your store while making a stupid mistake of visiting the Brockton Walmart for basic Lawn & garden items because I thought they would have lower prices and the right inventory and a helpful associate. They had none of these. I called your store and spoke with Danny, who checked to see if you had the items I wanted and what the prices we're. I told Danny I was headed right over near closing time on a Sunday evening. Found all the items I wanted and spent more than I planned making impulse buys. A few more associates in the Departments and better lighting is the seasonal dept., would go a long way. Also, full service check out is too slow for a variety of reasons. One clerk was left doing checkout while others who were standing around waiting for the store to close??? Who was in charge of that staffing need? Good store with mostly helpful and friendly associates. Home Depot is what it is, very good, but can't ever quite make it to great. I think it's the corporation and not the people on the front lines who hold it back.

They are helpful every time I ask for help with products or need an assistance

I was looking for sand for a sandbox. The associate in the store was excellent in helping me find the product and showing me different options.

When i bought my gas grill, there was a promotion to get a free propane tank with the trade in of an old tank. The store ran out of new propane tanks so i had to return the next day after the shipment came in, which was no big deal. When i returned to the store the next day, the customer service assiciate had to do a return and rebuy of my grill so i could get my propane tank exchange. That was a bit annoying, but the associate was very nice. That process was a bit crazy.

The staff was very helpful and assisted me the moment I walked in the door.

I always have great experience at Home Depot. Products were easy to find and they were associate available to help. This is my store. All the store department are always willing to help. I would recommend friends and family to shop at any Home Depot.
