Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

      Awful experience today at Home Depot
      Went in today for moving supplies for a military move, couldn't even get down the aisle to get to the products. (That carriage in the middle of the aisle is not mine, mine is shown in the bottom right corner). I asked a sales associate for help finding something and he was less than willing to help. Him and another sales associate joked at how messy the aisle was saying it was "crazy over here and someone needs to clean it".... isn't that their job??? I wasn't able to find the boxes that I came in looking to purchase. I shop at this location regularly but this experiences makes me never want to go back. I may have to start shopping at the other Quincy location instead.

        Employees are overbearing
        Went to this Home Depot and knew exactly what I wanted. No need to have any employees help me in my search for my product. Then opted to do a self check out so I could get in and out of the store as quickly as possible. An employee didn’t even offer to help but instead just took over the self check out process and was very overbearing Throughout the whole process. Not even talking to me and being slightly aggressive. Opted to enter in my email address so I didn’t get a receipt and she completely ignored my wishes and printed a receipt and told me to be on my way way. A terrible experience would not recommend and would happily go out of my way to go to a different Home Depot.

            Typically a good store but the employees just don't give a hoot! I feel like I am in the employees way and wasting their time. I asked a person in tile a question and asked them to see the pic on my phone and he said I can't see your phone! He was doing inventory mind you!

              Upon entering the store I was met by a very friendly associate who walked me over to what I was looking for, helped me find it and load it into my cart

                Poor customer service
                Over purchased some items, went back with receipt, products and valid id and was given a hard time because it was pass the 90 day policy, was told I would get a store credit, was completely fine with getting a store credit the cashier was completely rude, poor attitude and stated “Home Depot would not refund my tax I paid” “Because it’s a Home Depot Policy” I asked her to show me that policy she responded “it’s on my receipt” she couldn’t show me so she called a manager, the manager couldn’t show me the policy either. The manager then called another manager and I was told “it’s pass the fiscal year, I don’t understand it myself cause I don’t handle the taxes here, let me give you the phone number to customer service to call…. It wasn’t about the tax being refunded it was the poor customer service and the snarky way she was talking to me, it was to prove to me the “no tax refund policy” which 1 cashier and 2 managers couldn’t show me!

                    Overall a great Home Depot location
                    Generally I find that the employees at this location are more attentive and competent than at other locations. It is also not scary to park here as a single woman at night, unlike the South Bay location. I've had some issues with items that were supposed to be present (based on the app) just not being able to be found. But overall a good store, and luckily there is another home depot about 2 miles away if one is missing something, the other tends to have it.
