Today we went to Home Depot and was very pleased, got in and right out... Had everything I needed!!!

I went Black Friday to buy a few items and a particular item in the ad look to be sold out a friendly employee greeted me, and I explained to her what I was trying to look for she scanned it into her system and said they had a few available and she went above and beyond to look for this item for me I want to commend this employee I didn’t get her name, but overall all the employees I countered on Black Friday we’re friendly

Went in to get samples and estimates to replace carpet in house.Found samples, etc. and spoke with associate at desk. Found a sample of interest, looked over the pads available, and noted the "We Install for $.49/sq.ft." signs in multiple places. I then spoke with the associate and he gave me information on products available, including a 5# pad for $.30/sq.ft, and a 6# for $.43/sq/ft. Material is for a rental house, so budget is an issue. After reviewing the available products with him and discussing the install process, I was informed that I had to pay a $35.00 non-refundable fee to schedule a measuring by the installer to get a firm estimate. Paid the fee, scheduled it. Day before scheduled measurements, I received a call from the installer/estimator, and was informed they would not install the pads that H.D. sells, and that the minimum price for padding they would install was $.89/sq.ft-- almost 3 TIMES the price of the 5# that I was told of, and TWICE the price of the 6#. Sadly, this is not the first time this H.D. has scammed me on carpet (last time showed and actually installed a far inferior carpet than what they provided samples of and had bolts of in-store)

Need more staff most of the time I go there can never find someone to get answers or help.

When I purchased some cement at the Home Depot on Ming Ave, I was very disappointed in the fact that I did not get my husband‘s military discount so I probably won’t have a return to the Home Depot.

Definitely a place to shop for all my needs.

I shop at all e four Bakersfield Home Depot’s. I spend approximately $25,000 per year I go to this one store because their employees r great Always there to help especially the boys that c an old man like me with stuff to load. They are always there to help me. There help is greatly appreciated

I had no help looking for anything. When I stopped anyone to ask questions they were to busy and passed me on to other people on this or that aisle

Filthy, dangerous parking lot ... homeless live in the parking lot ... lots of begging

Workers are lazy and rude and no help at all especially at the customer service area . I use to love Home Depot but this store honestly ruined it . Every visit has had some type of issue . And this is coming from someone who worked at Home Depot for 5 years and loved it . I would have never treated customers the way this store does . To speak in a condescending and belittling way to a person is ridiculous.

I purchased a soldering tool and the necessary accessories, it worked fine the first time, but that was unfortunately the only time it worked. Though it is always frustrating to not be able to finish a task or job because of mechanical failure, but the return was incredibly simple, the products I needed were in stock, and the replacement is still going strong, and I will definitely be shopping there in the future.

Every time I go into this Home depot location I am greeted by the employees and if and when I need assistance looking for anything, there is always someone around near by to assist and they never just point me in the direction they walk directly there.. This to me shows real curtesy and great customer service...

I had recently bought three major appliances at the Home Depot on Ming and Sheila in appliances has to be one of the best honest employees, hands-down she took time and explained all my options in and out, comfortable to work with listens, very respectful and professional I wouldn’t deal with anybody else but her for just about any purchases at Home Depot.

Every time we go to Home Depot on Ming and Joann is helping us, we have a great experience. Everyone else is nice but she goes above and beyond. We love seeing her when we go there. She is the best employee!!!

I went to the Central location on Ming Avenue. I can count on great service there. Natasha Murphy was so patient and helpful. Very knowledgeable. She is the Sales Specialist at the appliance department and helped me with everything from placing the order, delivery and warranty. I am very pleased with my purchase for my father. She even assisted me in getting delivery status updates on my purchase!

Very professional service, staff ask you proactively, “How can I help you?” This is refreshing since some stores you have to search for employees, and they aren’t always helpful. Great job Home Depot !

Looking for flooring I highly suggest to go to Jose in Flooring ! He will go above and beyond Customer expectation (speaking from my own experience). Don't forget to go to Blexing when checking out, she is also very polite and patient/great attitude just like Jose in flooring.
