I was able to find an associate to help me as soon as I came in the door, I told him what I was looking for and he told me exactly which isle and where to find my items. That was impressive to me.

After dealing with the Pro Desk twice, I would not hesitate to do so again. They are so helpful with anything and everything in the store or online. I think if all the departments in the store were as organized, courteous and helpful as the Pro Desk, the store would go through the roof with sales!!

Pick up at store was a breeze. We did find a defect when the item was unwrapped, Home Depot offered to replace it, where this was for a work environment, we asked for a discount instead and they issued it immediately. Great Customer Service Rob.

Great service! Sales associate was very helpful and I was able to purchase 4 appliances in about 30 minutes. And she helped play with and entertain my baby so I could finish the paperwork.

Between two gentleman, the sale floor and Cashier, made my husband's and I'd trip to Home Depot very quick and easy. We needed to purchase metal roofing and some Lumber. We managed the Lumber without a problem but roofing... Not even a minute later, a gentle came over and search to see if there was more out back (there wasn't), then helped us load the remaining. He noticed some of them were damaged. Once we got to the Cashier, who was very friendly and knew what he was doing, the gentleman told him about the damage. Instead of having to wait for a manager to approve the discount like every where else. He gave us a 50% discount on the damage roofing. Saving us almost $100! The gentleman from the sales floor then helped to unload and fill the back of our truck. Best visit I've had in 4 yrs going to Home Depot!

We have always had a fantastic experience when doing business with Sid Davis. He is one of few who can make spending money enjoyable. If the world was full of people like Mr. Davis what a wonderful world it would be. We have never purchased anything that was not absolutely correct when it was delivered. Sid knows his business better than most and is ready to share his thoughts. He is Home Depot as far as my wife and I are concerned.

Each aisle is clearly labeled so that you don't have to spend the anticipated 7 minutes finding the aisle you need before having to search high and low for your item. I walked into the store and found the products I needed in less than one minute. While selecting my item I was asked if I needed any help choosing, I didn't, but I appreciated the gesture. Check out was a breeze. There is plenty of parking and you can easily get a spot near the loading area if you are picking up larger items. This is a really clean, efficient and easy to navigate store that I highly recommend!

Associates in store ready to help as soon as we walked in. Very helpful and expedited the in and out since we were in a rush for get somewhere.

Three employees were very helpful in locating and recovering from a high bin two bags of pelletized lime. It was was at least $40 of employee time for a $10 sale.

I was looking for Orange Glo 4 in 1 for Hardwood floors. Found the product at Home Depot in Bangor, Maine. Could not find this product in any hardware stores at two other towns close by. Love this product and hope that you will restock as I took all 5 bottles! The store associates were very helpful and friendly! Nice to see people smile when they work. Thank you.

Currently purchased a home that needed some home improvements, new windows, floors and steps. They were able to walk me through everything no problems, What I needed and the best most efficient way to get it done. Over all just gave you the calming feeling that all of the stresses of home improvements easy

Whenever we go in to the Bnagor Home Depot, we always get great advice from the people who work there. We always find a solution to repair issue of the day.

I was most impressed with the associate. She was helping two other customers but still took the time to help me and get further assistance on my behalf. This was one of the best experiences I have had with associates during my visit to Home Depot. Thank you.

I am a home owner and use Home depot to purchase things for my home projects. This includes a roof I re-shingled earlier in the month. There are many places I can go to purchase these items. Last night I needed a tool rental. I came in at 9pm not knowing the tool rental closes at 6. I approached a cashier and she said well let me see if I can get a manager involved to help you. A manager came and opened up the tool rental area. Various employees then collaborated to get me checked out properly as the tool rental people had already gone home. What I didn't tell them at first was that my sewer was backed up in my basement. My family couldn't use the toilets sinks etc. Because the employees went above and beyond I was able to clear my sewer line and provide my family with facilities when they woke up the next morning. It is evident that the people that work at Home Depot are well treated and very professional.

Mr. Landry in the appliance section was extremely helpful. He approached my wife and asked her what she was looking for in a stove. She told him exactly what she wanted. He looked up on the computer and found the model that my wife was looking for, described in detail the features of the stove and printed all information for my wife to look at. We decided to purchase the stove and Mr. Landry processed our payment and set up a delivery date in no time at all! He's a "keeper"!

I asked about bamboo flooring , and was connected to several very knowledgeable people who willingly shared their accurate knowledge without pushing home depot products.

Found what I needed, and found it quickly! Highly-capable associates!

Friendly staff were helpful. Had some trouble locating items but staff assistance was very helpful with locating stock. Free custom cutting for wood and blinds made it easier to get home.

While we drove into store, we were notified of cancellation of the order. We called and they quickly helped us correct a online order situation and had products ready to go as we arrived...no changes, no issues, nor any wasted time. Great team in Bangor!!!

I had three items I wanted/needed, was not sure exactly where they were in the store, but received the help I needed from the Home Depot people. It didn't take as long as I thought it might.

purchased 7 locksets and needed them to all be keyed alike and had two associates take care of this immediately and didn't have to wait very long

Staff in the paint, hardware, & household were very helpful. I found the prices to be equal/better econimically than similar stores in the area.

If you need help planning a kitchen or bathroom, make an appointment with Steph George in the kitchen department. Not only helpful and friendly, she had great advice and opinions of which products would work best for our application. She went out of her way to fit us into her already packed schedule. My husband who is not a "shopper" was amazed that we got so much accomplished in a fairly short time. We are from out of state and were shopping for our vacation home with little time to accomplish a LOT. We did have our dimensions and cabinet choices with us and Steph George was able to move us around to the things we needed to add to our list quickly and efficiently. She's an asset to the Bangor store!

Went looking for a pressure treated 2x6x8 in the local Home Depot. I found the row quickly and the selection far exceeded what my needs were. I culled through the pile and easily found several clear straight grained pieces. I walked them to the check out where Adam (the cashier asked if I found everything that I needed. I asked him to show me where the construction adhesives were located. He quickly researched the item and I went off to the paint department to retrieve the item. I returned to his registrar and cashed out quickly and thankful for the prompt and well meaning customer service.
