I went in for one specific item, had an employee direct me toward it and when I was still searching, another employee offered his help and led me directly to my item. Prices are not too expensive, I knew they would have my item in stock and check out was zip zip! And they offered to help me to the car.

Staff are consistently helpful and approachable. I would go back to this store again.

I had 2 pickup orders and received a email that one was ready but noticed the other was delivered. At customer service she did a awesome job and called for management, he went out back and checked the truck and thankfully it was at the front. The manager even wheeled it out and helped me load it up. You don't get this kind of service much these days, let alone in a timely manner. Keep up the great work all of you!

this store keeps the maintenance on my house going, along with furnishing it.

I purchased pellets for my stove and was worried I couldn't load all the 40lbs bags in my car. Nice young man named Garrett loaded my car for me. He was very polite and wouldn't accept a tip. I hope he is there when I come back!

I love that I’m never harassed about returns! They are very friendly, quick and all of them know where things are located in the store!

I usually avoid this store anyways, but it's the only place with a few things for oil heat and larger pipe. They will bill you per foot for 10' pipe, use cutoffs which are even cheaper, and the cashiers care more about the football game on than the customer. The shelves often have places for stuff but are empty and I've gone to get stuff before that said it was in stock but was missing. Generally try elsewhere first.

I needed help installing new plumbing under my kitchen sink. Ron in plumbing was more than helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained the directions to me over and over again to ensure I had it. Thank you Ron, you are amazing

If you are looking for help and a quick guidance through the store, look for Nick M. He's absolutely the best and he makes sure you're about to purchase the product you were looking for. He's friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

We have been to all different Home Depots across the state of Maine and Bangor has to be one of the cleanest yet. They were the most organized. They lacked in customer service when we were looking to find someone to help us. We never did find someone. My son had to get the stuff. We were not greeted as we usually are. Check out was fast and the associate working the self-check out lines was very friendly and offered to help.

Don't like how product lines have changed and Armstrong's cleaning and maintenance lines such as Shine Keeper have been removed. Also can't buy a box of smooth edge anymore, only just small little bundles with like 5 pieces each.

She was warm and greeted us, took us around to find all the oddball home improvement stuff we couldn't have found otherwise, and found us some great deals.

I guess the title of my review and my review are the same great store great employees I give them a 10 out of 10

NO forklift drivers over 1/2 hours to get loaded

I was given a new roybi weedwacker (bought and paid on a home depot credit card with a military discount) died within 90 days and couldn't get customer service to look it up. What a joke.

Everyone I have encountered at the Bangor store is friendly, Helpful and courteous!

I was very glad to find out that Home Depot was able to match a Valspar Paint Color for me in Glidden, my preferred brand. I bought in in exterior Satin, saved me about $10 on just one gallon!! Ask for Claire in paint department, tell her Brenda Sent you! lol!

This employee at the paint department is always friendly and very helpful.

I never saw anyone as Mr. LASTER at Bangor Home Depot, Maine. He is very knowledgeable, goes an extra mile to help. Thank you, Sir!

I was looking for kitchen blinds… ( been 22 years!) and previous bought at Home Depot… I got very lucky to end up with Jasmine! She was Soo helpful! And I was able to make a choice within a week!! She was super! I hope she gets to read this! Thank u Soo much Jasmine! U are awesome! No photo yet! Haven’t gotten my blinds yet!

I dropped my mower off to be repaired and I never once got a call or text or email. I call once a week to check on the status and not one person reached out to me. I stopped in a month after it was dropped off and I walked to the tool center seeing that the mower had just started to be worked on literally at that moment. I called another home depot in hopes they could connect me but instead they looked into my order and were able to inform me that the tool was ready the same day I went in to check the status
