CLEAN STORE,VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE. TOOK NO TIME AT ALL TO FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR

Associates are very helpful. If I couldn't find the item on the shelf, the associate would look it up on the computer to let me know if it was available and if it wasn't they offered to order it for me without any hassle. Very clean and kid friendly! I travel over a hour to shop at the Bangor store.

An associate assisted me in locating various items in lawn and garden and gave helpful recommendations. Up dating my lawns and found the right items to do the job. The associate made sure I had my pickup loaded promptly. Easy in and out with items I needed. I would hire this associated in a heart beat.

I'm in the store weekly and have been for a long time, due to remodeling a whole house one room at a time. All I can say is good things about the Bangor store. It hasn't been without some Hiccups however, Customer Service (Beverly and Barb) you girls rock, professional, friendly and work in a timely manner to correct any issues, if ONLY they could Clone you two. There is plenty of praise to go around to other workers in their departments. helpful they are. Hats off to all of you.

I ordered on line...but have been in your store during my summer months in Maine.

By far the best shopping experience at Home Depot I have ever had. I went in to purchase a specific product and was able to find it very quickly. When I went up to the register to make my purchase the cashier noticed that the large tool box I was purchasing was missing a smaller container. After looking there was no small container in other boxes or around the store so I was given a discount on the item I was buying. Even with the discount I would have made my planned purchase but the cashier went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was a positive one.

I was very happy with the help I received at the help desk.

The sales associate at the paint counter was very helpful in assisting me to pick out the brand and color of paints for my bathroom project. I am very pleased with the overall project and I don't think I would have arrived at those colors without her assistance. I'm glad she was there to help!

The 'meet and beat' pricing was a great surprise! We noticed that a specialty light was $10 less at another store. When we showed the store associate, she immediately matched the lower price and knocked off an additional 10%. Thanks!

We were doing a new project that we had not done before and they were ever so helpful and saved us money by recommending we purchase at lease 10 batts of insulation and then we would get our rental free. I love this store. I have not had a bad experience there. I would tell you if I had! Just ask Lowe's!

Clean, quick service, no difficulties with returning objects not needed, no questions asked. Overall will be revisiting this store.

The store associates are plentiful and very helpful with any questions that a Home Depot shopper might have. They are willing to go the "extra mile" to make sure all of your questions are answered. I recommend this store without hesitation.

During my time at the Home Depot I was asked if I needed assistance right away. I found that to be very helpful when you are visiting a store that is a 3 and a half hour drive to get too. I live in northern Maine and it makes it hard to do home repairs when you are located that far from home. But I make a point to go when ever I need 400 dollars or more of stuff. When it comes to huge items or very heavy items that I can not haul myself I feel your delivery rate is outrageous and should be lowered. I prefer Home Depot over Lowe's.

I looked around for someone to help me and there were a few people, but thet were busy. I waited and when they were done they disapeared.

They knew what they were doing and gave great advice

Everything about my experience was most enjoyable, from the Appliance Specialist who processed my order to the lovely lady who helped me load my car. I've been doing business with The Home Depot in Bangor for 18 years (home renovation) and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this store.

George in paint was excellent. And the girl in customer service was very accomadating. Always helpful at this Home Depot

Everything was easy to find and checkout was fast.

I drive 35 miles to this store, largely for building materials and largely because I can pick through the wood and get exactly what I want. There are several lumber mills closer to me but I find that 95% of the time, I have to take what they give me. At Home Depot, I can avoid getting pieces of wood that do not meet my requirements. Also, I recently purchase a RIGID 4512 Table Saw and am especially pleased with it.

There's an older gentleman (I think octogenarian) that greets customers when entering the store. He is friendly, and knows where everything is located! A true throwback to the good old days of great customer service. He is definitely the MVP of the store!

The store was as usual, great service in the aisles and at check out.

The associate I asked to help me in my recent visit went out of his way, even though it wasn't his area. When he couldn't find the correct operator to cut a piece of lumber, he took the time to do it himself, was very friendly and professional. This made my visit quicker and successful. I found the store to be very organized and well lit on all my previous visits. I would recommend this store to anyone that has a project to do, whether it is a home improvement, or just a craft.

Employees knew their stuff and were a huge help. Prices were OK.

Every time I visit this store, I can never find any associates for help.

Remodeling kitchen project and Brian in the Kitchen Dept has helped every step of the way from designing the new cabinets to helping with the handles and knobs for them! Always with a smile on his face,. Thanks Brian.
