Two employees, Aisha and Ellen, were so helpful and professional this shopping trip. There are knowledgeable people willing to help at this location. I got everything I needed in one trip.

Ellen the Cashier was very helpful.

Every visit is quick locating what I need and easy to check out with a worker so there is no "AI scanning" risk.

selected to get cash back and staff was really rude when i didnt see the hand written sign that the cashier was standing in front of. why be ugly to me for selecting a cash back on the machine HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE.

The floor help, a young lady named Tu, went out of her way to help us with a Christmas tree. Ultimately, getting us the floor model since the one we wanted was sold out. The Manager, James, also helped us and gave us great service at a great price!

The salesman & cashier provide me the best service anyone could have asked.

It’s sad that people assume that you steal. Security Guard and secret security walked passed me three times assuming that I was stealing. Instead of asking if I need help or etc they choose to pace only the aisle I’m On. Sad!!

I need bump stops. The clear ones are nice and stick well.

I don’t normally stop at this location, but it was on my way home and I was very pleased with the customer service. Everyone working the garden center today was smiling, offering help, and patient with everyone I saw them encounter including myself. (This was at 2pm on 3/8/23). Would shop here again.

Always have quality parts at reasonable prices

I purchased a washer with the help of Tyler and Glen they were both very informative. On pros and cons of the products. The sale delivery and haul away was a breeze. I’m so excited for my new washer. Thanks Glenn & Tony I will be driving to this location for my bathroom renovations next week as opposed to the Home Depot by my house . It was that impressionable!

Couldn't find anyone to assist me in either finding the product or paying for it. No cashiers, only credit card accepting self check out. I won't be back

I bought 4 sheets of plywood and 9 -2x4’s and could not receive the military discount because it was considered buying in bulk. So to get the discount I would need to buy each piece separately, that makes no sense.

Manager did not want to come speak to me regarding an online order that the store ordered incorrectly. Very rude & poor customer service

This is my regular store. They often have the products that the other box stores in my area are out of. The rental department is always on top of their products and are willing to be of service. I get the help I need to get in, get out, and get it done, at the Coursey Home Depot They are a helpful group of people working hard to help me get things done!

I go to Home Depot a lot and I have to say the cashiers are always friendly and very helpful at check out . Especially Bridgett ! Most all big box stores are short staffed and all the cashiers are short or just don’t care anymore. But the home Depot near me the staff is always friendly and helpful !!

I have shopped at this store for many years and the employees have always been very helpful. I find the quality of the products to be top notch, and the isles wide enough to never have a problem with carts or shoppers slowing me down.
