I'm a frequent shopper to the airline store only because it is closer to my residents . I usually help myself cause it is that kind of store most of the time but today I got the royal treatment on Corsey blvd. Kristen and Ola helped me greatly with my classroom needs for my school. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable but humorous. In these times , laughter goes a long ways. God bless these two folks. Don't forget to find them if you need extra attention like I did. !!!

The employee named Stephen is horrible when it comes to customer service. He flat out walked away from me and did not help me when I asked for help. However, the employee named Brandon was very nice and helpful. Brandon stopped what he was doing to help me load a table and 10 by 10 canopy in my vehicle. So just know you may or may not get good service depending on who is working.

Great customer service. Friendly cashiers. Organized & clean store. My husband is a contractor and does alot of his business here. He is also a veteran and has no problem getting his military discount with required proper Identification.

FABULOUS STORE! Isaias knows how to run a shop! Jesse and Ryan are absolutely incredible gentlemen. All of the associates I interacted with were very nice. The store was clean and tidy. I felt like I actually mattered when I shopped there. Staff members were readily available to help or assist. Best store to go to, even if it is out of your way

You have what I'm looking for, easy to get help if I need it. I usually go in with my list of materials I need, get that & go. I know I will be back, keep up the good work....

The Home Depot rep in lighting, specifically track lighting was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

This store looked great! It was clean and organized. The employees are friendly and helpful and truly grasp the concept of Customer Service. We got all the things we needed with the assistance of a wonderful employee who not only knew her products but went above and beyond to make sure our shopping experience was a good one. Don’t ask employees for assistance, if you can find one not willing to run from customers. They either point you to another part of the store and tell you over there somewhere or, that’s not my department. Cashiers are more involved with co worker socializing than with assisting customers while checking out. If you really want to hear others drama in their lives, then this is the place for you, it not, best stay away

Great service and prices

Tonya and Chelsea were great. Helped me order and arrange installation of 4 household appliances. They knew their stuff, they knew what to do, and we had it done in 30 minutes.

When I am working in Baton Rouge this is my goto store. Even though I know where just about everything is located there are times I require the assistance of one of the associates. I have never had a problem getting help even if I just need the answer to a question. I mostly use the self service check out but there is always someone there to provide help if it is needed.

Mitch(ell) helped me find the product I wanted and went way beyond the call of duty!

Haven't visited this location in a quite some time...wow I will be back! Store was clean, well-organized and well-stocked. The self-checkout was great with hand-held scanners. Store associates were friendly and attentive. Will be making this my go-to location in Baton Rouge!

Cody! Cody was awesome! He asked if I needed any help. He listened intently without interrupting me and when I was done he took me right to what I needed. He put everything I needed aside and let me know that if I had any other questions to come see him. He was thorough in his explanation of what light bulbs I needed and why. He went above and beyond in his service. He made my buying experience painless and made it a pleasure to shop with the Home Depot. You have a great employee in Cody!
