but they had enough help the store was very crowded but the were able to help an old man with a cane

Every employee was very helpful on my needs, and willing to help me.cashier was also friendly and smile and made me feel comfortable.

The store was neat and clean. Service was great. Your system to checkout is terrible. You cashiers have to refer to there phones. All that does is back up the lines and makes us, the customer frustrated. Not efficient any more. Should just scan and go. Don't make it complicated. Please refer to my previous notes

I am constantly in this store for wood, lighting and hardware. The staff are great for giving ideas on how to complete a project and selecting the material needed.Great store to shop in.

I come to this home depot alot, being a new homeowner. The store is always for the most part stocked with my item, and ppl are mostly always available to assist with the questions I have.

No one was available to assist us in the garden department with respect to loading mulch into our truck. Someone finally showed up after we loaded seven of ten bags of mulch ourselves. Another customer seeking assistance at the same time as we did, left in disgust.

This store is always clean and I can easily find whatever it is I am looking for. Any time I need help, the workers go above and beyond. I have been to this store for all phases of home repair/upgrading, windows, doors, kitchen, flooring, misc. and every time they have the items in stock, at a great price, and the customer service to match.

Friendly staff and good store except gardening department which it seems that every time I visit the limited plants they carry are in poor shape. They have also eliminated many patio,gardening products and brands.

The Associate (Lynn in the Garden Department) who helped me find what I sought was extremely informative, warm, friendly, patient, and customer-focused! She, critically, took the time to define my needs (I was perhaps a bit abstract going in) and slightly redirect me to another product that cost a mere $8.95. She was determined for me to get the right item for what I needed! Very friendly vibe in the store this Thursday morning. I note that HD had a large array of garden products and had same in good quantity.
