The employees knew the answers to all of my questions and they were very helpful. Everything was very organized.

Very pleased with the service and our sales associate Robert Moorehead was quick, enthusiastic and helpful. I will definitely visit the Home Depot Beaumont store again. :)

I am a neophyte to home repairs. I know what I wanted but I didn't know how to go about it or find the right products. Bill in plumbing was able to take my idea and make it a reality. It involved a little walk to the garden department, but he walked me there and showed me options explaining how he envisioned it to work for me.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST. STORE IS CLEAN AND HAS LOTS OF AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE

I love to shop this store, I like to just look around and get ideals to decorate or re-do in my home. My husband doesn't like taking me as I find all sorts of projects for him to do ha ha.. But we both love this store.. Excellent choices of items to chose from. And their plants and seeds are the best around.. Home Depot, We love you......

Best home depot there is!I recommend this to anyone out there.

Talked to 5 employees. Only one was remotely friendly to me. Other customers in the store and even the solar vendors were nicer than the employees. Price match guarantee was not honored in the store (I got the price match, but not the 10% beat) and without even looking at me the customer service manager told me no twice. I tried to ask where something was in the store and you'd think I threatened the life of the employee with how he stepped away from me and put up his hands, then he told me I shouldn't even think about buying it. Never asked me any questions about why I was interested, just kind of yelled at me for a minute, then I walked away when he was done. I seriously considered just leaving my basket in an aisle and walking out of the store, but unfortunately, I needed the products I went in there to buy. You'll notice I said the associate availability was average, because there sure were a lot of employees there (Saturday afternoon), but none of them were very interested in offering me any assistance. If I find a Lowe's within a 20 mile radius, I'll probably just start shopping there.

In the many times that I have been in the store (because I'm new to the area) I have always have a positive experience. Employees seem friendly and happy to help.

I shop this store often enough to know where most everything is and if I don't there always seems to be someone around to ask, not like other stores.

Love having a hardware store close to home! It is clean and fast and on top of the newest trends. I would recommend going to this store to anyone! Some of my friends in Yucaipa already do!

The clerk Carol, in the Beaumont, Ca. store , large appliance dept. was very friendly and helpful today. She was very informative, showing us on the computer other possibilities for our purchase and gave us time to make a big purchase decision, which was very much needed. Also we appreciated that there was no waiting.

This store is clean and the personel is extremely friendly and helpful. The only time I have trouble is when the store is very busy and it is understandable because there are so many people wanting help with their purchases. I have recently ordered new windows for my home and I'm looking forward to receiving them quickly.

Great selection of common items. Associates are also willing to help you find "off the wall" parts that are not in stock.
