Associates only help when corporate shows up.

Had the best cashier on a rainy day. Very courteous a polite.

Tried calling about 1 item on a LARGE(over$7K) order, 6 times! Hung up on every time. Had to drive in 35 minutes 1 way to get this resolved.

Jaimie handled the purchase of my screen door and organized the installation. Her attention to detail was excellent. Very happy with her help.

Walked into Beaumont Homedepot at 5:35 pm wanting a propane tank exchange. Self checkout cashier saw me with a propane and in frustrated voice said they closed in a few minutes. She then said that they were out of propane without checking the cage. She Recommended that I go to a gas station for the propane. It was apparent that she was lazy and didn’t want to help me

Employees here at Beaumont are much more friendlier & helpful than the other branches of Home Depot I’ve been through.

This store has a vast selection and quantity of products. Everything is organized and easy to find. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Great deals year round.

They resolved a very complicated issue for us and we are very greatful for the time spent trying to help.

Home Depot does not have everything, but everything they have will give you a shopping experience that will keep you coming back. Power tools are generally better priced than others online. Where else are you going to get a competitive price on lumber, cement blocks, kitchen appliances, and fertilizer, all at the same place? Thanks!

I went in to purchase an upright freezer. I forgot my Home Depot card so I really thought I would only get information about the freezer. I was not expecting to actually be able to make the purchase at this visit to the store. Happily, I did make the purchase and have a delivery date.

Apparently if you are a woman , you can't be a veteran.. even with a veteran ID xard, and registered as a veteran on their site

I needed this product RIGHT NOW, found it quickly & left the store in quick time. A pleasure to shop at our local Home Depot!

Had a terrible experience at the Redlands store. Michael seen I was looking at a product and approached me to ask if he could assist me. Walked with me throughout the store to ensure I got everything I wanted. Definitely worth the extra effort to go to this store instead of Redlands.

By far our Favorite Home Depot, they take pride in their jobs.

Every one was very helpful. It was late and we were in a hurry. They helped us find everything quickly.

I shop many Hd’s and I have not seen the level of service anywhere else. I understand the current environment with employee shortages etc. although I totally disagree with HD’s new hiring practices which is only making it worse in most cases. But at Beaumont the employees that have been there for sometime really do care about the company they work for and the customers that provide them with a job to go to. It is very sad though to see 10% of the people doing 90% of the work.

I was searching for specific bags of rocks which were sold out on the shelf. Ricky came to help and searched around the entire building until we found them. He then proceeded to pick up bags to help me carry them to a shopping cart on the other side of the store I had. The whole time he was friendly, funny, and overall the type of employee every company would fight to have. Thank you Ricky !

Every time I go to this store the employees are very helpful and friendly. I am always asked if I need assistance. I have been to other Home Depot stores where the employees will just walk past you and not ask if you need help. Not at the Beaumont store. I truly appreciate all of the staff that works at this store and always look forward to my visits to the location. Thank you Beaumont Home Depot staff!

Store is apparently going through a major redo of their aisles and it was a disaster. Couldn’t get carts anywhere. Product all over the floors. I one knew where anything was. Overall an extremely frustrating trip.

Dave from the door department was super helpful! he made my shopping experience fun and enjoyable.

We ordered carpet a month ago and it arrived at the store on this last Monday. installers never called and after multiple attempts to contact the installer, there is a five week wait. NICE!

She is the best !!! Great customer service in the appliances department ! Go see Terry Covrig for all your appliance needs !!!

Emily in the paint department was friendly, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and overall great. The front end & cashier's were friendly & helpful. Five different employees thanked me and one collecting carts wished me a good night.

Denise at returns is absolutely great with customer service bar none! For more than 10 years I've been greeted with such great respect and knowledge! Home depot needs more employees like her! Listen to what I say when I make such a statement. She is the example of excellent customer service! Thanks,s Denise!

I brought paint in twice to match. Blonde lady was WAY off on color, & when I returned it, I was told then it was not refundable. NEVER was It mentioned to me when I bought it, or brought to my attention that I was not able to return this. I trusted your agent knew what she was doing and RELIED on her “expertise here. I end up wasting over $70.00 for 2 cans of paint I will NOT use since the color was so off. I should have been given a refund period.
