Cashier at home depot Mary Kelley rocks really enjoy

I want to commend Eloise at the self service checkout. I made an error that charged my credit card for a purchase that was not mine. I don't understand how it happened, but thanks to Eloise I was able to get it cleared up. Her genuine concern and determination to help me was absolutely stellar. I was so happy and relieved when I left the store and it was all because of her. Way to go Eloise, you practice what customer service is all about. You are the BEST!!!

It was a pleasant visit, the associates at the store who helped me were really helpful. I was not sure of everything that I needed, but when they helped found what I was looking for, they made sure I was not missing anything.

Store is very clean and has always had what I need in stock. Always an associate a stones throw away. Love this hardware store.

I live near The Home Depot, as well as Lowes. I shop The HOME DEPOT because the store generally has what I'm looking for and on more than a few occasions a store associate has helped me figure out just what it was that I needed. The lumber selection is always good. The plumbing dept always has what I need when I need it, as well as the electrical dept. In short, I AM A HOME DEPOT FAN!

Wanda checked me out and she was very rigidly and helpful! In my own oponion, I think Wanda is a big asset to Home Depot!

I would like to give special commendation to the Beaumont store. One associate in lighting proved to be phenomenal with delivering excellent service -- patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. I purchased over $230 in clearance items when I came in for five shipping boxes. He was helpful in explaining the product. Although another customer tried to interrupt him several times, he respectfully told them that he would be with them after he finished helping me. I understand the Beaumont store is without a Store Manager; well, they are doing a fabulous job without one. A man and woman in the appliances section both asked if I needed help. They had a smile...like they enjoy what they do. The cashiers worked as a team, especially troubleshooting. I truly hope that a new manager builds upon the already excellent service -- and not try to fix what isn't broken. I saw no evidence of laziness or apathy in the employees. The associates are to be commended. Home Depot is on its way back to how home improvement service used to be "back in the day"...I'm still young. I will be coming in more for my home and business needs. Please continue to "ROCK" the clearance section!

CONSTANTLY BEING ASKED TO MOVE OUT OF THE WAY FOR A FORKLIFT, MOVING MERCHANDISE. AISLES WERE FULL OF LOADED PALLETS, NOT A PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

The store is always clean and organized to where you can walk unobstrucked down the ilse and find the products that you are shopping for with no problem. The availability of assaociates in specialized areas such as cabinets and appliances are some times down right frustrating. The number of cashiers working on shift are too few, causing the lines to be too long at times. Overall, the Home Depot is really a great store to shop at.

I didn't have a lot of time, but was very pleased at how fast the associate was able to fill my request for a paint sample which had to be mixed. She was very personable, as well.

I love walking the store and picking out my next project.

The associates at Home Depot are phenomenal! I had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Mrs. Barbara Pugh and she was extremely cordial, knowledgeable regarding the door I had to special order, and went out of her way to assure that I purchased the correct size door that I am replacing an orognal door with! While she was waiting on me she could see another customer with a quizzacle look on their face; she addressed the individual and pointed out the isle where the customer could find the product they were looking for. Prior to asking the customer about what he was looking for, she asked me if I would mind if she helped the querying customer. Of course I didn't mind, she is an incredible associate, and Home Depot should be grateful she is working there. Thank you Barbara!

If it wasn't for Kilie asking if I needed help I would have let the store more upset than I was. She took the time to act like a human trying to help another rather than a computer written response that sounded rehearsed. I was simply needing assistance with some hinges and she even called he store manager, not that it helped but she took the time to make sure she could do everything she could to help me. That means a lot! THANK YOU KILIE

I was picking up some items at Home Depot and I must have had a look of "Where do I go Next". An associate recognized my quizzical look and immediately asked if I needed assistance. I was fortunate as she not only indicated where I should go, but she led the way to the item I required for my project. I checked out and the sales clerk associate told me not to forget to fill out the survey, reminding me that I could win $5,000.00. I had forgotten that I needed some gardening items so I unloaded my basket in my car and headed to the Gardening section. I needed to pick up some heavy items (soil, river bottom rocks, and a paving stone) and a Garden Associate asked if I needed help prior to even trying to pick up the heavy bag of rocks and the paving stone. It was a good day at Home Depot, just as they all have been since moving here and purchasing a home 2 months ago, after retiring from the Military. Thank you, Home Depot! Dayle Lumberton, TX

Found the items I was looking for and helpful associates madnaxy

While in the store today, I needed special assistance in the electrical department...I was helped promptly by an employee, got what I needed, and was in and out in just a few minutes.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. FROM THE CASHIER, AND THE ASSOCIATE.IN THE ISLE.

Everything was spot on! Checking out was quick and easy.

I am tired of having to wait for carts for the handicapped. One was broken and I had to wait 30 minutes or so for the other one to come available. This is unsat. There should be enough carts at the store to accommodate us. There needs to be about 4 carts in the siore. I send my partner in very often to see if any carts are available. I have left the store numerous times due to no cart available. You definitely lose money for that.

Purchased a Husky, flush mount truck box recently. Purchase was effortless, but waiting for an associate to get the box down from a top shelf was PAINSTAKING! I waited over 45 minutes for an associate to show up with a forklift to get my purchase for me. I am not exaggerating my time. Looking at the time stamp on my receipt and then phone when an associate finally showed up, it was just about 47 minutes. That's unacceptable! I wasn't the only customer that was unsatisfied. There were at least 4 other customers complaining to the manager about the slow service. One guy in particular was very irate. He said he had been waiting over an hour for lumber to be loaded and that the slow service was costing him money from lost work time. The manager just sort of went on about his merry way, ignoring everyone standing around waiting for loading. It didn't seem like a big deal to him. I may return to this particular Home Depot store for purchases I can get myself, but I will NEVER return to this store for any purchases requiring assistance for loading.

Melisa helped me get signed up for paint discount program. She was very good at explaining details and very helpful.

The store was very clean & arranged so I could find items without much effort. The employees were very helpful, courteous, professional and knew where and about their products in being able to answer questions about certain items.

The cashier, Wanda was exceptional ~ thank goodness.
