The employees in this store and extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Great experience purchasing a new refrigerator.

I am in Home Depot, sometimes three times a day. I am always greeted when I enter, the team is always cheerful and happy to assist. The crew at the self check out are always eager to help.

The Service Desk staffing at the Beaumont store all offered a warm greeting along with a smile as soon as I walked in the door...it was refreshing! Everything I needed was in stock and I was out the door without issue!....Keep up the good work!

I had quite a few returns on different cards and different gift cards and the service girl was able to help me return everything with ease. Her name was Deanna. She was great. I hope you give her raise. She deserves it.

Had a very large order that was difficult at best to fit in my truck they worked with me got whatever I needed and we managed to get everything loaded into the truck. Great staff took their time. Very understanding. People wanna say thank you.

They need to hire people to work registers instead of watching people do their jobs. And they want to treat everyone like criminals who steal. If they check ppl out you wouldn't have to pay people to stand around doing nothing but talking on their phone.. And it you do need help about a product on the isle, nobody knows anything. .

I was having trouble looking for someone to assist me in locating an item when Ms. Mildred passed by and asked if there was something in particular that she's could help me to find. I informed her of what I was looking for and not only did she tell me the location of the item, she also walked me to the area to make sure that I found it. She was amazing!!

It is the Home Depot for Beaumont, but it does not represent the brand. Very rear key does anyone offer to help you, and generally I can find tools, and other items of better quality somewhere else. I usually go there for cleaning supplies,, but on this trip I noted that the toilet paper that I usually buy was not in stock. Many of the cleaning supplies were not on the shelf and although there were plenty of employees in the store, no one was offering any help. This is not what I have experienced with the brand across Texas.

Went to the front desk to place an online order. Crystal was very nice and helped me right away!

The sales associate was very helpful in getting all the items we needed for our project.

I came into Home Depot expecting to get no help like other places where they try to hide from customers. But not here, everyone was so willing to help me and also help to load up,!

Bought several Ryobi Tools, some as a rsonal use. gifts, and some for my pay gift, some for Christmas. Bought new Ryobi 4AH batteries and another new charger. Im' Retired but I still love to tinker and contract a few jobs to keep my mind and hands busy and Ryobi tools are my go to professional Tools!

The associate that offed excellent customer service was Kim. She listened to my problems and pointed me In the right direction for the help I needed. She even told me, what department she works in, and if I ever needed any help to ask for her.

The wrong paint color was sold and the store refused to correct the paint color after spending $175.00 for some Bere paint. You store policy needs to be changed or reviewed

They have one cart it is always battery dead

I purchased appliances and had issues with the dryer door but Manager Megan took very good care of my problem.

I buy cleaning supplies, plants, household necessities, etc. all the time from Home Depot. I just bought a nice microwave the other day for an affordable price. Never a problem going to Home Depot.

Store carries most everything you need. Be nice to have better experienced employees

There's one guy that is helpful, like the old way when people cared about the customers and the job, Mot sure his name but he was a Black guy with alopecia (I think) where you have different color skin. He was very competent, even though he was busy when I stopped him he gave me his undivided attention. The rest of the workers were afraid to look at me like I would ask them a question. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for Milwaukee tools when there is a competent worker there. Thank you

Seems contractor does not know what they are doing. Took the $40 measuring fee but said they cannot do it and will not return the money.

The inventory of lawn tractors and zero-turn mowers was more than expected. They had several options of each brand.

They seem to have everything I need when I need it.

If you purchase anything paint department my best suggestion is ask for corvis.he is truly amazing .he gives his recommendations doesn't push you to do it ,he listens makes sure your happy.hell try his best to color match 😉 im sure Corvis is annoyed with my French paint.lol
