Waste of time and money, store person a jerk who sold me worthless to us, IMO not necessary 'Basic Insurance Bundle'

Don't give up! I contacted the after-hours Mgr. Bret. He quickly resolved a two-bathroom order that had been severely broken, after the shower base was erroneously cancelled. He took the time to verify, order and process my order over the phone, thus saving an important bathroom install scheduled this week. Problems can be solved, don't give up...give them a chance to fix your problems.

Easy to locate the items I was shopping for. No lines at check out. Pleasant personel.

Marianne and Arelon were very nice and knowledgeable.I appreciate the extra help finding items.

Horrible service lazy employees....

Ms. Sharon/dept. 27 always make my shopping with home depot pleasant. She's patient, polite, knowledgeable, respectful, all while helping her customers. She never fails to great me as a customer. This is why I gave this review 5 stars. Thanks Ms. Sharon P. For all you do.

Great staff and clean store!

I went into the Beaumont HD to purchase some things I needed for a flood remodel. I was in the department for the doors as I needed a new one. I was looking for help and came upon a woman sitting and chatting with a person. It was clear to me they were acquaintances, not employee/customer interaction. I was standing very close behind them waiting for them to finish as I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt. The employee never acknowledged me and left me standing there. I got fed up and was walking off when Haywood asked if he could help me. I said: “Yes, thank you.” I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the place I needed to find it. I felt bad, and asked him, were you headed to the back for a break?” He said, “Yes, but that’s okay. I can help you.” I couldn’t make up my mind on which door and he stayed with me (for about 30 minutes or longer) and helped me get the PC so I could put it on my Pro xtra account. He also walked me up to the front to Robin T and explained to her what I needed to do and needed the door quickly delivered. Robin spent a lot of time with me, too, She was so helpful I wish they worked in all areas. Please make sure you acknowledge them and give them praise. I also came in the next day to get a doggie door for the door I purchased and Haywood was there again. I thanked him for being so helpful and that I was looking for the doggy door. He helped me find the one I needed and also walked me over to the flooring department for some things I needed. He had to stop two employees from chatting with each other and make them help me get what I needed. I hope he’s a manager, because he definitely has the mindset and personality for it.

Kim C was very helpful she made sure that what we were looking for had match the piece that I brought in with me and it was going to work for me knowing I found her once I walked in the store and she greeted me.

Nice people and great atmosphere while in store

Never shop here again. Treated like I was going to shoplift. If the sales lady had told me she had to take it up front that’s fine. But to just take it out of my basket and walk away. And not tell me where she was taking it. We had to look at every register to fine our pressure washer.

I DO NOT want to check myself out. I DO NOT work for Home Depot. I AM NOT on their payroll. I also DO NOT want to be asked, by the clerk in the garden department, to retrieve a flat cart from the parking lot so that it will be easier for the PAID employee, who is going to get my products and load them in the truck, to do her JOB!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

After multiple different approaches particularly with bulk items from the garden area I can without a doubt guarantee you will not get help loading in store. The last time asked for a forklift operator to start pulling a pallet of rock 1hr 15min later still no-one. Began to load by my self 2 associates walked by and acted like I was invisible to avoid helping. Have also tried online order for curbside pick-up to only come to the same outcome.

Pre-ordered some lumber that didn’t fit in the vehicle Kierra not only help me both times I came into the store. I appreciated the help because I needed additional help in renting a vehicle to take my lumber home.

The store is well organized and the employees are extremely friendly

I was profiled while in the Beaumont store. Just got off work myself and needed to pick up a couple things. For some reason I had someone right up on me acting like they were looking for something on the aisle. Dude ended up following me all the way to my car.

It appears as if they store is geared towards Contractors and those that will be spending thousands of dollars as opposed to the regular people that are only spending $50 or less. The amount of employees "hanging out" in the store while we look up and down the aisles searching for items is ridiculous.

I bought a washer and a appliance associate Desly helped me. She knows her product. She helped me from the beginning to even loading on my truck.

I was so happy with my shopping experience. I didn’t have to walk the BEAUMONT Store #0501 aimlessly for hours. Ms. Sharon’s help and knowledge of the store made for an effortless shopping experience.

Prodesk employees go above expectations to help with checkout or any contractor services they provide

I came in to do a return, thinking it would be a hassle and the ladies at the service desk not only made it super easy for me but they were a pleasant bunch! Taylor, Kayla, and Kierra are a triple threat!

Desley, Lisa, and Julie were extremely helpful and informative. They were very patient and attentive in helping us through the process of getting blinds purchased and installed for our new home

I never have a problem receiving help when I shop at this location. Everyone I have had contact with is knowledgably and friendly.

The customer service was amazing and the ease of shopping was like never before. I will definitely return to this location.

Be careful shopping in the Beaumont ,Texas location! I was overcharged for a item and then was hassled when I tried to get my money back!
