This store has the making of a great store, because there are some really exceptional sales people, but there are some personnel that really need direction in how to render good customer service. "This is a pay check" , attitude is bad for business.

I generally love Home Depot. But this Home Depot is way too understaffed. They are generally courteous, helpful, and work hard... but you can tell they're overwhelmed with customers.

The paint department is exceptional with the wide variety of products including oops paint and the availability of discontinued items on sale.

The store has greatly improved with customer service. Previously customer would wonder around the store and it seemed most sales associates avoided customers; now sales associates welcome you and are pleasantly eager to assist you. This store has become a wonderful place to shop and well worth the 20 minute bus-ride. Now that I downloaded the app, shopping should take less time. thank you

It is a pleasure now to shop at the Bed/Stuy location of Home Depot, unlike in the past when I would walk around for at least 30 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence, or the sales representative would say: "i'll be right back" and they would never return.

This store is pretty straight forward. The have a generally good selection and are pretty clean. The associates are usually helpful when they can be found. Other than that its a good location to shop at.

Louise at the return station is fantastic. Please tell her so because I will ask her if she received an acknowledgment from her supervisor. Kudos to her supervisor for having an outstanding associate on the team.
