I like Home Depot as a whole but I find that Bee Caves is a little more knowledgeable about product, location of product and availability of product than the one in Marble Falls. I will come to Bee cave before Marble Falls and both stores are the same distance form mu home.

Roberto in Tools is a very good resource on the products in his department. I was very happy with his knowledge and help. My only complaint is the associates have been directed to answer their phone whenever it rings which is very rude to the customer who is in the store trying to find information. Corporate needs to change their policies on this subject. An in-the-store customer trumps a phone customer.

I was greeted with a smile and hello as I entered the store. I was approached again in a friendly manner to see if I needed any help. I was able to find my needed items and got to the register. The cashier greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

I needed to pick up 9 more bags of Native Texas Hardwood Mulch, for my wife. I took her car and found the store associate there to be most helpful. He took me to where the mulch is kept, verified that there were sufficient bags of that particular product there, and then loaded the mulch while I went to pay for the purchase. The whole transaction could not have been easier, more convenient or more efficient,

Saul the Cashier at the building materials has got to be the nices person always so friendly and always has a smile , such a pleasure to see someone with such a great attitude .

The person in paint was not friendly & seemed irritated I ask a question. I really appreciated the cashier (Mireya) being kind & friendly. She handed me the receipt and a reminder of the survey . It made up for the uncaring of the lady in the paint department.

This store has an excellent variety of back splash tiles for my kitchen renovation. The associate and cashier were friendly and helpful. The floor plan of the store makes it easy to find items that I was looking for.

We like this store very well organized and has just about everything a person would want. Good friendly people which we like a lot.

Overall, a good experience at this store. I should say that in this location, I have the choice of Home Depot and Lowe's. I used to shop at which ever one was closer in proximity, but the service at Lowe's has gotten terrible over the last couple years. Now, when I have a choice, I always choose Home Depot mainly for the customer service. Thank You.

Nice clean easy to locate items you are looking for. Most of the time an associate is readily available but sometimes you need to look for one. They are always very knowledgeable of the items you are looking for and will give advise if you need help.

This Home Depot better get more help or I will be shopping at Lowes.

We are currently remodeling our home and we get what we need every time from this location.

I usually have to visit a few departments when shopping at Home Depot. The associates are available to assist with whatever I'm looking for.

They are always eager to help and answer questions as needed.

I found what I needed quickly and was happy with the prices.

Two associates helped us at separate times to find the items we desired. The one associate accurately described the item and its location on the shelf. We were very impressed!

Its quite refreshing to be able to bring my K9 in training to walk through the store and have the associates offer to give a treat to my dog.

Always a good time looking at new things in store. Best prices on cleaning supplies. They need to keep an eye on the cleanliness of the restrooms.

The store is always clean and usually well stocked. My only real complaint is the on several occasions I have not been able to locate a lumber cart in the store and have had to search the parking lot for one.

I needed some help. I'm a MAN, but I hurt my wrist recently and I needed some help shopping and picking my lumber and products. I asked, and it was that easy. I couldn't lift a 4'x8' sheet of plywood or half the other items I needed by myself. Within ten minutes (after helping another customer) I got some help gathering what I needed (15 min.) for my project and help loading it into my truck. I wish I had payed more attention and gotten his name. So he could gather the benefits of great service. Give that man a raise.

Fast friendly service everytime at this location. Got in and out in about 3 minutes. Never congested at check out time.

Can't fault the store or staff. I was looking for a new counter depth fridge freezer and the staff were spot on with service and assitance. Was disappointed that the special discount prices were applied to only regular depth and not counter depth.

Working on electrical plug project and needed to make an exchange. Exchange was quick and easy and I found exactly what I needed to complete the project.

The plumbing and painting associates are a great help. They know their craft.

It was the Labor Day sale for paint and it was very busy but Jeff was great and professional in helping me out with my paint and stain purchases.

The store is starting to have more inventory than before which is great. I] It appears to be more organized and efficient. Is at the sparkling state now where it has always been clean but seems to be more noticeable. The store has the feeling of having a smile on its face!! All associates have always been exceptional and friendly. In the past there were not enough of these wonderful people around to help you find something you were looking for but in the last six months it seems that this store has improved on this. An overall good experience in shopping and I certainly appreciate their efforts to make the consumer happy.
