Very busy Memorial Day weekend. Plenty of staff available, plenty of inventory-plants, shrubs, gardening suppiles. My cashier Maria was very competent.

This store rocks! I always have associates help me with anything, everything I have needed. Other stores should follow there lead with customer service. For as busy as this store is it seems there is always someone to help you. Job Well Done

A+ for fast accurate service with a smile. Walking into belair depot is like being in an episode of cheers. Everyone is friendly, attentive, ready to work an willing to go above an beyond to keep customers happy. operating a business at the speed in which my company operates could not be done with out the help of the men behind the Prodesk. From having orders pulled an ready when I arrive to getting the trailers loaded and ready to leave, these guys make it happen. They take pride in what they do. Some have gone so far as to provide help on sundays wile the Prodesk is closed an they are not on the clock Tell me that’s not dedication to your job an customer.

Shopping at THIS location allows my company to operate at a higher efficiency due to the help provided from the Prodesk team and pro loader we are able to have our guys in and out of the store and back on the road very quickly. From having our orders pre pulled to having the trucks loaded it’s always a positive experience. Wish I could say the same for other locations

There many items in the store and you can order almost anything you may need that they don't have in stock. Pricing is better than most other stores of this nature. Employee's are very helpful. Great job

Normally very satisfied with the store and staff. However last visit to simply return items turned sour. While waiting in the return line, an employee who was walking with an empty cart summoned me to an open register and told me "I will be right with you". After waiting 2 or 3 minutes, I looked around and the employee was nowhere to be found. Another employee stepped in once I started to complain. After completing my return, I saw the employee who summoned me to the open register talking with other employees at the exit of the store.

Newer and well stocked. Helpful if you can't find what you are looking for. Difficult parking lot. (This seems to inherent in many Home Depots)

Storage clean and friendly always find what I want. But I do wish they would sell a better grade of lumber!

This is my store since moving here 2 months ago. Overall, great customer service, however there’s always one or 2 employees that act like you are bothering them when you approach them.

The staff at the Home Depot in Bel Air, MD are always pleasant, courteous and helpful. The store is well stocked which is a big plus for the everyday shopper. You can even bring your dog with you !!

On more than one visit, I have had some excellent experiences at your store. I've had some projects over the course of the year and in every instance, the staff at the store were very helpful. I would recommend the Bel Air store to anyone that needed to complete a home project. For example. I needed assistance with some replacement parts on my Anderson Windows and the staff at your store were very effective in making everything happen for me.

dogs tied to pipe rack -- dogs wrapping leash around legs I like dogs but not in stores any problems it won't be pretty dave chenoweth

Candice, your associate after hearing that I was about to make a thirty minute trip back home because I left my Credit Card there. She took her won credit card out of her pocket and paid for my item $4.74 . I told her that I would be back to repay her, she said that was not necessary. I 74 years old and have never been treated with such kindness and service.. I call the store manager when I arrived home and spoke to Jackie and told her. I didn't know this young lady. I have been in customer service with Verizon for 42 years and only wish she worked for me..

As usual - knowledgable staff as well as ample product available
