I rented a heavy duty rear time tiller. The associate was very helpful to show me the many different pieces of equipment (small jobs, medium, and heavy duty) that were available, and helped me load it into my van. The entire transaction was quick, efficient, and I was easily on my way home in less than 15 minutes. The tiller tore through my garden quickly, so I decided to create a new strawberry bed in my yard. The tiller broke through the grass, just as the associate promised it would/could. After hosing the dirt off the tiller, I returned it in just over four hours. The associate helped me unload and provided a receipt, sending me on my way again even more quickly and efficiently, in less than five minutes. Kudos to Bel Air THD!

Over the years I've shopped at about 5 different Home Depot stores. This one is by far the best in terms of prompt, friendly and helpful service.

The store is always neat and clean and the staff is very helpful asking if they can help find items that I may be shopping for. Checkout staff extremely helpful especially at the self checkout isle. The isle at or near the appliances tend to get a little congested with sale items, however, easy enough to navigate thru. Love this store,I have been shopping there since it opened some years ago. Than you.

This Home Depot store is always clean, and doesn't have a lot of stuff clogging up the isles. There are always employees to help with any questions on products or where to find what I'm looking for.

My wife and I recently needed to complete an online order from the Bel Air Store and the help that we received from the Customer Service Staff was amazing. Thank You so much to MJ, Christine and Coretta....you should all get Employee of the Month.

Despite the fact that the store policy is no pets, as written on the doors, they don't seem to care and are more than happy to cater to these snowflakes that feel like they have to take their stupid pets with them everywhere so they don't have a mental breakdown. One time one of the cashiers took a few minutes to post pet some dogs!! THIS IS A HARDWARE STORE, NOT PETSMART!

I went to the lumber department this evening and got great service when I requested they cut the lumber into specific lengths. The store associate was so pleasant and willing to accommodate my request.

Store is neat and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. Convenient and they have just about everything we ever need.

I would strongly recommend to upper management to change their labor approach of "do MORE with LESS" employees. One of the most irritating situation for a customer is NOT to have some one to ask a question or guidance on a particular subject. This store in Bel Air, Maryland used to be properly staffed.

The store had their Christmas items out beautiful display. Very helpful in finding a product and customer oriented. I love going to home depot with my dog. I put her in the cart and the employees and customers make over her. A great place to shop and is stocked very well.

The store above is fantastic, and very popular with the local community. The parking lot is generally loaded with vehicles, so you can bet the store, as well as what it carries and the employees, are a big attraction. I always recommend this store to my friends and family. The items in the store are easy to find, and the employees are only too happy to help load them into your cart or car if a hand is easy. The store was very clean and orderly, and up to date with the seasonal items. One has to try it to believe it.

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have heard that this Home Depot store in Bel Air, MD is one of the best around in terms of customer service. I observed this first hand as greeters made sure I knew where items of interest are located and associates went out of their way to ensure that I got good service. The design consultant I was working with went out of her way to connect another customer with someone who could help him, calling the other department and asking an associate to come over to assist. This customer said he had had the opposite experience in a competitor store, where he had to ask repeatedly for help and then complained to a manager, and was met with indifference. I have been told the Bel Air Home Depot manager is a hands on boss who is admired by his employees. I can see the evidence of this in this well run store.
