So nice to be able to place an order over the phone and park and walk right in and pick up my items. Saves me time walking all over the store as I have done my comparative shopping online already so I know they have the best price. The employees here are very helpful and friendly.

The Belleville Crossing store is always clean and well-stocked. I have always been helped pretty promptly by a friendly and knowledgeable employee. Our entire new kitchen cabinets, flooring and tile, and new appliances were bought at this store. Our Thomasville cabinets had to be ordered and we got the sale prices. We are very pleased with the employees' polite service, expert advice and tips.

The customer service was beyond great! This is one of my favorite stores to shop at.

Great store nice people.

Very clean and open store; aisles were uncluttered and almost everything was within easy reach. Employees are cheerful and willing to help you locate merchandise. Cashiers are quick, friendly and efficient. Aisles are labeled as well as prices. Items are easy to find; if you don't see it just ask any of the employees. Restrooms conveniently located in front of store rather than all the way to the back.

Store is clean and it is easy to find the things I need

Everyone is friendly and eager to help. I always leave with a smile. Brittany helped me while I was at self check out with out me asking for help. She's always smiling when I come in. She always has a joke to tell me and she seems to genuinely care about the customers.

We have been in the process of building our house and done most of the work ourselves. We bought Windows, doors, flooring, carpeting, paint, faucets, wood, vanities, countertops, cabinets, appliances, and the list goes on. Overall we have had a great experience at this Home Depot. This store is always clean and organized. If you can't find an item ask, every employee that I have dealt with is knowledgeable about the store and If they don't know they will find the answer for you. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It has been a very rare occasion that I couldn't find what I'm looking for.

I like going to this store, however they really do need a wider selection of tools, and such. Sometimes I find they don't have enough of things I'll go to look for.

This is a very friendly and helpful Home Depot. Excellent service for a big box retail store. My personal favorite hardware retailer!

People who like to be helpful.

Just wanted to say that I've never encountered an employee in this store who was not willing to go out of their way to be helpful. In fact, most often they will stop what they are doing and guide me to where I need to be. As a woman who enjoys being a do-it-yourselfer as often as possible, I very much appreciate their efforts.

Always have a great customer experience at this Home Depot! On my most recent visit, Steve and Kitt in flooring expedited my purchase and worked together to deliver the purchased materials to the contractor exit and load my truck without my involvement. Fast, accurate process and had me on my way to make use of my work day. Expert customer service done right!

I am a 60 year old woman who just learned how to use power tools a year ago. The staff in lumber are always willing to advise me on wood for my projects, and they cut my wood with an eye to appearance as well as dimensions. I also highly recommend Clarence in tools/hardware. He is patient and does his best to make sure I am purchasing the right tool for the job, and that I know how to use it safely and properly

This store is always clean. The alias rarely have anything out of place. The people are friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help me find what I am looking for. The store does not seem to have the variety like the store in O'Fallon does, but for the most part they have what I need.

The store is in a great location, easy to get to and the parking is excellent. The staff will always assist you if your needing to have someone help you load construction material. And the bathrooms for a 77 year old guy is in a great location.

Personnel throughout the store are friendly and helpful. Several said "Hello" and one who saw me turn around in an aisle asked if I needed assistance. Jackie, the cashier was friendly and pleasant.

Whenever I need guidance or assistance with a project, an employee is always available. Should they not know the answer to my questions, they drop whatever they are doing and find someone who can provide guidance. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is tackling a new challenge!
